I will start by saying I practice yoga on a regular basis. After only 1 session of this 20 minute yoga for back pain, for the first time in months I woke up today and my low back is not tender or sore. The holds were challenging at times and felt a little (ugh) last night but today - no tweeks no twinges nada! Namaste CC.

I just have a doubt.I had done child pose cobra pose and bow pose I guess,the one in which we lie on our stomach, raise our hands, hold our legs and raise our head. I had done in on my bed. Is there any issue with it? The bed is a little uneven. Will it cause any issues? It would be very very helpful, if you could give me a reply. Thank you Mam.

I guess I stay with the traditional poses. This was confusing. Thanks for sharing though
