The thing is… If you ONLY spend one dollar on mulan. You are gonna struggle hard!. Why is that? The amount of universal commander tokens u get for free without spending is extremely limited. And u need a large chunk of them for mulan. But on top of that u need sculptures for Atilla and for Bellevue also. By using Bellevue Josephine Atilla (Josephine requiring no empire coins or universals) you are much quicker gonna get Bellevue and Atilla to third star level. After let’s say one year of play u have a 3 star Bellevue, 4-5 star Josephine and 3 star Atilla (360 sculps total). And this is gonna outperform a 3 star mulan. 1 star Bellevue, 3 star Atilla (380 sculps total). If u want the mulan lineup to be stronger then the f2p alternative… You are gonna need to spend a larger amount to 3 star mulan through purchases. And then use the remaining things u get on Bellevue and Atilla. Then yes the mulan lineup is better and stronger. Or wait till u reached end game status of this march. Then the mulan version also stronger. But there we probably are talking about years.
