Onnea pääsykokeiden luku-urakkaan ja pääsykokeisiin! Kolmekymppinen ei ole ollenkaan liian vanha yliopisto-opintoihin tai mihinkään muihinkaan opintoihin. Itsehän aloitin myös kolmekymppisenä kasvatustieteen opinnot yliopistossa, siinä vaiheessa lapsia oli kaksi, Emma 4 v. ja pikkuveljensä 1 v. Ja kolmas syntyi opintojen aikana, siinä sitten opinnotkin vähän venähti 😆 Lääkis on toki aika vaativa, mutta kyllä siitä selviää. Etkä todennäköisesti ole ainoa perheellinen opiskelija siellä 😊 Taattua Heidi-laatua taas noi siun neuleet, siis tyylikkäitä, harmoonisia ja kauniita 🤩
Wow, big life updates! All the best of luck getting into medical school. It is hard but easier with a strong motivation. I went to med school in Germany and had to work a lot to finance myself. Having a family at the same time will be tough but you can do it! You can count on me cheering you on 😉 Glad to hear you are feeling better. Thankfully kids constantly bringing home all the germs stops after a couple years of school (I am finally there with my three boys, yay 🤣) Also good luck with the new WIP for your daughter! 🤞🤞

I'm sure it won't be the easiest time, but I'm pretty sure the hardest part is actually getting in 😆 it is so cool you went to med school as well! My daughter is 5,5yo and she is in daycare - which is basically a big pool of germs 🙈 I'm eagerly waiting for the school years! Thank you for this lovely comment 🩷
@@Heidiy I know, daycare is the worst for sickness but it is really good for building her immune system. Kids who don't go to daycare and are mostly home with their family get sick a lot more in school. She'll be almost through it by then. Also gives your immune system a boost (very unpleasant though). For med school - all the preclinical stuff is dry and hard. Once we actually started learning about medicine and patients it got a lot more interesting and easier for me.
I want to wish you much luck and strength in your efforts to enter medical school. It’s not easy but you are right about being sorry later if you don’t try. You may find yourself knitting nothing but ribbed hats but there will always be someone to donate them to. 👩🏼⚕️
