So, fun story! In an interview earlier this year, the choreographer of this specific dance (who had worked with Astro a lot) actually laughed and apologised when talking about Breathless, because he said it was the most cardio-intense choreo he'd ever given a group, noting that it must have been exhausting to perform it while singing live when it's basically a leg-intensive workout with no time to recover from start to finish. Astro have always received a lot of praise for their bright energy and refreshing music, but Breathless was one of the songs that helped them become wider-known in Korea as a group because everyone was impressed by their stage performance. :)
Yes, and they are called the Kings of Synchronization. I've watched all of their dance practices and I give the highest respect to it. And even you can see them tired in dancing, you can still see their positive energy after. I agree with you hands down to these talents.
