When you placed the bubble level on the jig, I expected you to say "make the noise." Lol Sorry, too much Binky on my brain. Well done, well engineered.

I was wondering why so huge chunks as you could see the frame jig behind then it became clear it's a stand for the jig . Nice work great to see real time as well as the high speed shots on the plasma table and you sizzling ..makes a nice change no silly or overly loud background music . Nice job impressed

looks good , you can slide a old filecabinet or a roll around toolbox under there and set it up next to the welder , bender and the coping tool and have everything within arms reach when working on a frame

    Another great video. Looking great.
Couple of pointers for you, after you drill the holes, countersink then tap. For the tap if you buy 2 and 3 flute taps you can use power like a hand drill to tap. 4 flute taps are hand tap only on the sizes your using.
How's that speed and feed app working for you?
Thanks for continuing with TH-cam, hard choices to try something new.

Do you have a video where you talk about your face shield you use for cutting and grinding metal? I saw you have some tiny air pump hooked up to it hanging on your waist. Is that a welding mask with some kind of built-in respirator? Also should those always be worn when cutting and grinding steel? Just curious because I cut a stainless steel beer keg with an angle grinder a few years ago and didnt realize I shouldve worn a respirator. :\
