You shelled out for the lighting and it really makes them pop. Well worth it.
Much better way to display figure than just putting them on a shelf all jammed together and you cannot see them .
Those backdrops are epic man ! The lighting system really sets it off right , the cosmic background and the x mansion are sic! Sweet setup brother 🤘🏻

Great setup & backdrops!! I thought about making backgrounds for a few of mine. The lights are definitely a cool touch. Finding the right one is critical. I bought some that were battery powered and didn't last long at all. Actually conked out on me before I could even finish my display. Pieces of junk, lol. I'm definitely gonna try the ones you're using. Great display my friend!

Those backdrops are fire! lol. I dont even wanna know how much they cost coz my wallet might get butthurt. Awesome set up you got. You're definitely correct with "do it right once", hence why I can't finish my display room.. the struggles, right?
Great video. I have two questions:
One, why didn't you put the backdrops flush into the corners? For the indoor scenes the curved corners really break the illusion.
Two, I noticed a lot of light bouncing off the white "ceilings", would painting those a deep matte black help with the lighting? IE give each shelf a more uniform light?

Doesn’t bother me with the lighting and I’m not going to paint all the tops of those shelves black I think it would look funny when the lights aren’t on plus ruin the shelves if for some reason I want to use them for something different one day. Yeah the corners are very tough because if you bend it the paper gets a nice crease through it that looks even worse. You could make separate pieces of paper but then you Gotta make sure you line them up tape them up so no cracks etc

Where did you get the paper dioramas?
That's exactly what I want to do with my display but I'm gonna do boxes so I can move them, if I want to have X-Men to be displayed down I just set the box down and Avengers right over it or viceversa and the same with all the boxes.
