Slang is colloquial so you need to be careful who you use it with. And yes, I do use slang when I speak with my friends and family. There are some words I use on a regular basis and some that I rarely use.
I don't recommend my students to use slang when speaking French but you need to know these words in order to understand natural French conversations, French TH-camrs, French movies, French series... @@lordronn472
As I said there are some words in this list that I personally barely use, but I still hear these words a lot around me. Each person has its own way of speaking 😉@@lordronn472
@@LearnFrenchwithLexie I understand! I used to use a lot of slang when I was a teen(while speaking German, especially Viennese slang) but now I try to avoid it! I doesn’t sound good in my opinion, I don’t speak Standard German but also not with Viennese slang anymore
