I can see how frustrated Ariel was 😭 it was like when she told phoebe to shake she just wouldn’t listen at all and the do the opposite 🤦🏽♀️
I love how Ariel is so straight forward , and blunt 🤷🏾♀️. It did seem like the girl don’t really wanna be there.

Ariel was being straight up with them 2 girls . and I love that . nobody is getting on phebie about them sloppy motions n ariel got right on it . phebie looks like she don’t wanna do nothing and when people tell her to fix it she goes back doing the same sloppy shit she was doing . she needs extra practice frfr if I’m being honest
yeah but if youre running for leadership you need to know how to lead and how to have patience and not get aggravated, bc theyre clearly beginners

Ariel stands out. She should definitely be a leader. She catches on very fast and stays on point. Facials, movements, etc. She is definitely a star. Her and faith are my favorites.

i feel like sometimes it’s not that the leaders don’t tell the girls or help. It’s mostly the girls don’t wanna do it or be there so that should be a conversation coaches have first

I don’t think its the fact of not trying I think she needs to boost her confidence. She’s obviously not comfortable with herself. Making her run isn’t going to fix that
When Alima was saying she don’t see facials y’all need to do facials… I haven’t seen her do facials when she does that cheer . all I’m saying is when u giving criticism make sure u take it as well
she has one little face she does, its cute, but yeah she may need to take her own advice, but shes the tightest and cleanest one out there

This video showed that it has to be in you and you have to want it. It’s gotta feel bad to be the same 2 people being called out for not doing the material like you don’t wanna be there.
I keep replying to people but I’ll just say it again. Everyone doesn’t have confidence. And I think that phoebe doesn’t. She seems uncomfortable and nervous to shake. She probably does want to be there.

I understand the fustration that comes when teaching the 2 girls BUTT you have to act as if you want to teach them. I see why you would get aggravated but if those girls have never cheered before or done shakes before it is going to be hard. And some people don't learn like that, and instead of calling her out and comparing she needs that talk on what it takes to be on the team or even cheer at that. Time is everything and can't just move on if they don't understand.
The girl that tried teaching them was good. But everyone that’s good doesn’t have the ability and patience to teach. It should’ve been Cheyenne (although she is going for a leadership position). She works good with other girls. Yahari is good as well. But I don’t think the rest are patient enough

@@brxtlaj right! Hopefully the coaches notice and don’t go on how well they cheer. A great leader has to be understanding.
also the girls have to want to learn, but as far as leadership…..they should choose for themselves which girls assert themselves more and isn’t easily frustrated. Then choose from a select few to try out. Cause of course they’re going to attempt to have the best leadership skills when eyes are on them

I understand getting frustrated esp when it seems someone isn’t trying but showing it to new girls who may not have cheered before or as long as others isn’t the way to do it. You can be direct, give out criticism and be effective to where someone can receive it. They look scared

Not going to lie, been watching from season one and that front row is giving me chills (so much potential of what the team could look like... Everyone has areas of improvement but man that front row and Layla and Ariel is just doing the things
First of all let me say I was laughing when Ariel was trying to teach them two girls cause I can relate when I was cheering 😂. Second, I liked how up front she was with both of them because as a leader you need to be blunt and tell the truth to fix how some of the girls are doing the routine, and I understand that this is their first time but they're not about to teach you like they do the little girls ESPECIALLY when you look like you don't want to be there. Ariel had every right to ask her if she truly wanted to cheer cause what she was giving was very dry and don't want to be there. I do think some of the girls need to have a honest conversation with themselves and ask if they really want to do this.
Also l see potential people who should be leaders already they are Yahari, Payton, & Ariel
in my opinion, i dont think ariel is there yet. i dont think she properly knows how to teach someone something

I agree about Yahari . But I think Payton is just the only leader we’ve seen in the last season. Aliyah never stepped up as a leader but with fresh eyes I don’t see her being the best option

I think when practicing the leaders should call out the counts. So even the little ones can follow along and get it. Especially on the band sound. Some people started some people didn’t. Some people was confused and others got it. At least when the beat drops somebody can get the team pumped up.
And girllllll Ariel God gave you the gift of patience. I’m 26 and I would have walked away after her not trying the first few times. Likeeeee somebody on the coach team needs to have a talk with her to see if she reallllllyyy wants to be a cheerleader. I’m not paying for my child to do stuff she really doesn’t want to do. It seems like every season you get girls that just want to be on TH-cam. Thinking this is just about looking cute and doing team activities. You have to work HARD and show out in practice every day in order to get the team perks. And she just isn’t giving the vibes that she WANTS to be there for the right reasons. The whole practice you still in the first cheer. Not even going through the whole thing. Couldn’t even get the shakes right. Stomp and SHAKE cheerleading isn’t the sport. The little baby girls can show her out.

That one new girl that Peyton and the other girl were trying to teach she don’t got no rhythm but I look forward to seeing her growth by the end of the season💪🏽
phoebe phoebe phoebe, i keep seeing she's a beginner u have to be patient... UMM NO so yall dont remember phoebe from xclusive cheer?? she had the same sloppy motions then.. most of the time they had her just standing in the back or holding a prop...she has been apart of some of the best teams and still puts in no effort.. ariel tried her hardest and did better then i could have ever done.. respectfully
From a audience point of view… they need new coaches.. y’all are very discouraging .. y’all think telling kids “this was the suckest” practice..”y’all gone get tired of getting cursed out” etc. that’s not how you run a cheer program with children and that’s definitely not how you deal with kids …. It’s okay to have tough love and all but y’all get mad @ them for not having skills y’all #1 don’t teach nor #2 can teach.. instead of making them run every time they mess up and scream,…. Maybe tell them and show the correct version? Especially the babies it’s not okay to just constantly yell if you gone be a coach have patience’s and intelligence… it’s embarrassing atp
There is a lot that we don't see on camera, having followed coach T since Dudley, they do show them the motions/corrections. At some stage these girls need to pick up on material quickly... It gets exhausting having to repeat yourself

@@vuyokazimthethwa OK but how they yell at the babies who are like five years old when they don’t have the same energy or a catch on as fast as the older group saying they’re falling behind that’s very unrealistic and that’s not a good coach. Because if you were to go to a another gym or like a real gym you would see the five-year-olds are with the five roads and the older kids are with the older kids you know trying to have that expectation of a five yr old to perform the same level as a 1617-year-old that’s not fair. And then have the audacity to get mad
And make the babies run because they don’t have it just as quick as the older kids where is the teaching standards. They tell the babies to look back at the older kids look how they’re doing it then look how you’re doing it well what do you expect if you put a five and a 16-year-old next to each other the 16-year-old obviously is going to have it better if they just learned it… ya know?

Some of the coaches are horrendous. They are power tripping on these young girls and emotionally abusive at times. I am shocked that the parents of some of these girls allow them to stay in a program like this, I do not see a build up of self confidence or any plus in being in this program. It is content yelling and belittling. I am just so sad for some of these girls because this is not a cheer program, this is not what it means to be on a team but yet some of them have no clue there are actual good programs out there that will nourish and teach them in a positive and constructive way because this is all they know.
After watching this video, there was so much laziness going on and it's was like no one wanted to do their motions tight at all. The leaders have to be much stronger then they are now because that is why the girls are doing what they do. The two young ladies wasn't really trying their best at all. I applaud Ari for ask her do she wants to cheer because it seems like she doesn't. When coach momma went off I fell on the floor and rolled over no disrespect but even she is mad I be screaming 🤣 😂

this was hard to watch…you can coach without cursing and carrying on. you got “leaders” who are helping girls & don’t even know proper technique themselves, and maybe there needs to be some changes to how things are being taught cause apparently it’s not working
