these videos really show that cheer is more than cute little fits, bows and pom poms with cute dances and cheers and chants it shows what really goes on behind the scenes to people like me who just see girls and guys who are on the sidelines etc performing this is real and raw and i'm glad stuff like this exists

It is so frustrating to me!! I want to see what’s going on!! I can hear it…but why such long clips of the coaches who are literally just watching the girls

She definitely started hyperventaling. It was a lot of emotions flowing and it's clear that The new coach (sorry I can't remember her name) went over to check on her and assisted her appropriately. I think continuing to film that situation is probably something I would reconsider as a production team. I do realize there is a lot that they may have been edited out after the fact, but I think getting close in someone's face with a camera during a time like that does not really help the situation but instead adds more anxiety and stress -- so for that reason, I hope Two Sockz Production will take that into consideration in the future. All in all, she is okay. It is difficult to watch someone experience something like that so I definitely get why some are a bit concerned and maybe even upset.

I think the coaches could benefit from learning somethings about mental health and how they can help their athletes. That poor child was having a panic attack and you can’t put these kids through all these hard workout and not know how to help them mentally as well
The difference between jolicia and Payton compared to pheobe is you can tell they wanted to be there season one they tried hard. Compared to pheobe who just throws motions and when corrected constantly does the same thing.
I don’t get the vibe that she doesn’t want to be there. It seems like Phoebe struggles with catching on quickly. Add on the shyness on top of that and it makes things more challenging for her. Never once has she rolled her eyes or complained about corrections even in the midst of being laughed at by her teammates (I saw that in a couple videos awhile ago). She endured hell week and pushed thru like everyone else without a single complaint. That would not come from someone who honestly didn’t want to be there. I see someone who struggles more that the rest vs someone not trying hard. I can see the improvement just from hell week alone. It’s going to take a lot more time but she will get there.

In my opinion I see the other girls on the team pushing with motions and facial expressions. I’ve coached a cheerleading team where most of the girls were new to cheer. You can tell the ones that loved what they were doing and put 100% even if they were off and the ones that were just there going through the motions. Shyness is not an excuse if you want to be there you put all your effort into it.

She has interacted with Phoebe on more of a personal level than anyone in the comment section so I will take her word for it. People were saying the same exact thing about Faith and Jolicia since they struggled at the beginning and questioned if it was something they wanted to do since it didn’t come naturally to them as well. Destiny for sure had an anxiety and panic attack. Her hyperventilation definitely shows she was very overwhelmed and it was to much and she isn’t used to it.
My hell week when I cheered was way worse my coach had us in the gym with no power (no A.C) just in the dark in the middle of the summer with 3 layers of long sleeve shirts on she was trying to kill us till we quit honestly 😂
