Back when pixel gun was popular, I had two account. My main one and the one I was playing on cause I had a bunch of stuff on my main one. It’s been years and I go into that state of nostalgia and download the game and play it for like 5 minutes and delete cause how confusing and difficult the game has become 😢

I picked this game back up last week after years without playing. The pay-to-win aspects, the constantly shifting powers, huge gaps in skill sets, and most annoyingly the people who somehow jump 15 yards into the air without a jetback and rain down hell on you. The game is loaded with problems but ultimately, I've been having fun playing again. I've made custom skins, leveled up my character, saved to get guns I couldn't when I was younger, and I ultimately decided to buy some coins to have a real collection. Now I know I just complained about pay-to-win but here's my thought process: I played this game everyday for five years at one point. And since it's still fun all while being free, not to mention it removes ads that don't reward you, I decided that over the course of those countless hours the game earned a one time purchase from me.
To anyone reading this: You don't have to play this game, there is plenty that is scummy and bad about it. But there is also something that's actually fun and amusing, It may just be nostalgia but I believe Pixel Gun is still worth pulling out and playing on a bus ride or train ride. Or something to play with when you're traveling and don't have any big consoles.
Exactly the game is pretty p2w and alot of sweats but at the same time its really fun once you really start taking it seriously
to be fair the game is more f2p friendly than it has been in a while in terms of options for new players to get currencies. Back in the day the only way to get gems was leveling up/watching videos and the rare chest.

@@Fukie81 because “p2w” is a term generally used by children who do not have their own job/money to buy things and dont understand what u can even buy. They tend to use “pay to win” without even thinking about what it actually means cus they cant take more than a surface level look at a game to see its problems

I’m pretty sure everybody’s first couple matches are filled with just bots but the devs made a bit less obvious
Yep, that was one of their last ditch efforts to keep people in the game. You get bot matches to make the game look fun but then you get real battles and you can't do anything without spending money.

i would recommed you to add challenges to ur self like no spending gems or not buying any gun from vans or playing with only one catogory would be more interesting

Because the game in between level 1-27 the game is fine, but becomes more P2W, more 3CatSpammers, Toxicity & The Kitchen Sink.
hey ecko you can get POISON DARTS weapon for free in novice chest which could be a really great weapon for your begining.

The best gamemodes to grind for max level are battle royale, red light green light and raids
Hi Ecko I don’t know if there’s anything you can do but I’ll ask anyway, I had 17k of the old pixel pass currency and they had a converter (it was a bit of a scam) for like a month but u had a limit of how much you could convert and now they have completely removed the currency and I’m sure there’s a lot of other players with the same problem, I’d appreciate it if you could raise the concern about this 🙏
I contacted support and they credited my account with 2k of the new currency 🤣(I had almost 20k of the old one)

Ecko i would recommend 3 cat spam cause without it your basically going to lose every single match bevause of your underleveled weapons in the future
Low lvl is the Best pg3d time..then Only broken weapons, ppl using grip weapons jumping around the room like Tarzan, no new campaign (available in co op) etc etc.. enjoy the (re)fresh experience 😌

Hey ecko id just like to add that the grenade gadget is super OP at low levels
Pixel gun is still actually fun before level 65, because the biggest issue in my opinion is people spamming op weapons in lobby

the problem is that low level p2w players get the lottery early game so during the ultimatum in the chest i fought so lmuch level 5s with lots of mythic guns whilie i rocked an ordinary machine gun

One thing i dont understand on pixel gun 3d is that the devs create the same Model of a existing weapon just with a different name, rarity, And stats.(ex Alien cannon and Manticore)

ecky, i was once cracked and maxed at 2019 or sth, i was a 5th grader with an ipad, maxed and got some goodies, but the p2w and hacks got me off the game, now 5 years later i redownloaded the game and lost my skills, kinda sad though
