I'm new to the channel, and late to this discussion. I wanted to mention that I went to RecVan last week to look at the 2025 models. They also showed me a 2024 Turismo-ion RWD Twin Bed. It did have seatbelts, one on each side, but only lap belts. Also, one person commented on the size of the refrigerator. The 2025s have a larger fridge. Thank you for the channel. Very helpful as we consider the Grech Turismo.
Nice!! Thanks for doing that tour!! The twin is nice, but I agree - seatbelts would be really nice for bringing guests along. That Gree is incredible. I wish the Turismo had a macerator and dump bypass. Option to do both. Hehe. It’d sure reduce… issues… hehe.
Yep … seat belts would be nice. Not sure why they don’t have them. But that Gree air conditioner is something else … so quiet and uses less power! Win, win! I know people who love their macerators can’t imagine life without one. I didn’t think we would ever go without one and I have to say, we don’t miss it as gravity does the job. Appreciate your comments! Safe travels!
They are working on it. We are expecting this soon … they are trying to get the Gree AC integrated with Firefly which is the hold-up. As soon as we know, we’ll let you know. Hopefully before summer!
I was excited to see this until I watched the way the bed operated ... what the H were they thinking .... you really couldn't use this as two twin beds because the seat back is attached to the bed .... the whole point of twin beds is having some space between the beds so each person can get up at night. with the seat not extended the seat back can't be removed so it wouldn't be wide enough to sleep on.
Great video! 👍 It's a nice luxury van. A lot of people'd love to take it on weekends. A small fridge is practical for 19 feet; however, a portable induction cooktop may be suitable. I won't have enough ingredients from the refrigerator to use two cooktops. I wish they could one day install a whole electric incineration/Cinderella toilet and eliminate the blank tank. If I buy this campervan, I want to take it skiing for a few months. I won't find a black tank dump station with ten feet of snow during a blizzard. After paying over two hundred grand, I can't get over another manufacturer, and they give me a potty toilet, not even a cassette toilet.
Thanks for watching and for your comments. I learned something new … never heard of Cinderella incineration toilets before. I looked it up and very intriguing. I’m going to keep an eye out. I would love to see one in action!
This tour is on 2024 where I believe the windows open. I agree not being able to open the window in the 2025 could be a big deal for people. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for subscribing. The suspension on the Turismo is what comes on the Sprinter. Grech doesn’t modify it. We upgraded our suspension - check out our Mod video for more detail (we have been happy with it!): th-cam.com/video/68BbYqRv9gE/w-d-xo.html
Hi! I too prefer the sofa version today. However, I understand the use case for the twin beds if I was a weekend warrior and liked biking or skiing or anything requiring equipment. I would like to someday take fun equipment with me on a trip besides a walking stick! 😆 thanks for watching!
Terrible layout there’s no room to sleep you’re sleeping like you in a coffin you can’t get comfortable plus you wanna have bikes in the middle of the garage. Where are you gonna put your feet in your pocket?
This layout isn’t for everyone. If you are sleeping with bikes then there would be some slow, careful movements to avoid stubbing toes and bruising shins. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for sharing your experience with the new models! Safe travels!

Bigger fridge extending up and taking over that cabinet above would be better.
We could debate bigger fridge or more cabinet space … it is a trade off. I would like both please! Thanks for watching!
Have you heard of any updates about Grech doing a plug and play swap out for the new AC on 2023 units?
They are working on it. We are expecting this soon … they are trying to get the Gree AC integrated with Firefly which is the hold-up. As soon as we know, we’ll let you know. Hopefully before summer!
It’s a pretty camper van with a nice floor plan.
I agree. It is a nice floor plan! I prefer the sofa for now but get the use case for having the twin beds. Thanks for watching!

Interesting point. Wish I would have tried laying on it with the back cushions up. Next time I will! Thanks for your comment. Safe travels.

You didn’t comment on the lack of the rear vent window on the 2025 Turismo.

Thanks for your channel. New subscriber here. Any info about the suspension?

Would love to see a couple of extra seatbelts. Great review, just one thing. What is a phone book?
Haha! I’m officially old … you caught me. lol. I agree about seat belts. It would be nice to take guests along. Thanks for making me laugh! 🤭
Super nice
We agree! Thanks for watching!
I like the sofa model better .
The fridge and kitchen storage are a joke.😮
