Quincy, my fave holiday Starbucks is also the chestnut Pauline latte, but i get it iced and ask for only 1 or 2 pumps of the flavor shots rather than the four that it comes with which is usually a little too sweet for me. it's so yummy!!!
I liked Genie Plus on my last visit. It took about an hour in the park to figure it out, but after that it was great!

Do you need to buy genie plus when you go to animal kingdom? Also first!
If you’re spending the whole day in AK then probably not, but I think it’s worth getting it for multiple parks if you’re park hopping
I will be there New Years Day so I will probably do it if nothing else just for Navia.
I look at it this way.... I am spending about $1000 a day for a disney trip. Will the $100 I spend on my family for genie give me more than 10% more total rides for the day (riding some rides more than once...). If the answer is yes I get it. If answer is no, I don't.
But again new years day so probably crazy busy during day so for me, yeah....
For me , to skip lines and move faster to the ride, it's a definite yes. I probably will get park Hopper too.

Don't like Starbucks period so no help for you there, I'm a plain hot black coffee gal. When I want different I will get a Latte or Au Lait. I'm a huge believer in park hopping and I think AK lends itself well to that just because of the shows. You can maybe ride a ride or two then do shows and hop out then on another day, hop back over there and finish out the rides.
