- Is it possible to have the PERFECT day in Disney World during the busiest week of the year? Quincy is taking you with her to a very crowded Magic Kingdom to show you how it's still possible to ride all of your favorite rides, eat some snacks, watch some shows and have the best day ever.

I live in MN. I was in a sweatshirt yesterday at 25 degrees. But 50 in Florida is COLD. We went one December and had a cold snap of 55-60 at night and we literally bought jackets because our sweatshirts weren't enough. It's a different kind of cold. Your shivers are valid quincy!
We would never yell at you for being cold, Quincy. We're Floridians…anything below 70° is frigid!! 🥶
That's why these videos are so entertaining... you can always tell who is the local and who is the tourist (from the North). Haha.
There are a few moments here that were amazingly genuine that I wasn't expecting. Awesome watch. Thanks
Spending an hour with Quincy via TH-cam is certainly one way to make a good day a great day! Even more so on a Friday knowing full well we get to chat with some of the gang tomorrow... 10am EST. It's an absolute blast! :)
I have been going to DisneyWorld for over 30 years and have Crohns, so I have to know where all the bathrooms ae anywhere I go. But I did not know about the Tortuga Tavern bathrooms. Wow. Thanks.
On my last trip we watched fireworks across from Cheshire cafe, eating soft serve from storybook treats. It was perfect.
One word, Quincy.......DEPENDS!! ❤
That sundae was great, thanks for sharing. If I'd known we were getting it I wouldn't have gotten dessert at Skipper's Canteen.
I totally enjoyed my share of ice cream. 🤣 Thanks Quincy! That was delicious! 🍦
18:47 the problem with this common advice is that it’s hard to reconcile only choosing a few “must-do’s” after paying Disney World prices.
I love how half of the video is Quincy looking for a bathroom lol I just know that girl shouldn’t be eating dairy
Thanks for adding the video. Last week was insane!!!
There's a path on the side of Pirates that leads to a small bathroom kinda at the back of the store. Life saver.
We were there twice the first week on January this year. Park was insanely busy.
Day 1 we rode almost every ride except 7 dwarves and tron and that was with us missing rope drop by 30 min and leaving about an hour before close. Also got a 2nd ride on Peter Pan, Big Thunder, Philharmagic, and Pirates.
Day 2 we tried to ride the best stuff twice. I got 2 rides on: Peter Pan, Big Thunder, Space Mountain, Seven Dwarves (had to pay $50 for family of 4 for first), Pooh, and Pirates. Oh man what a day that was.
Whew. Watching those crowds gave me anxiety. Lol
I was in disneyworld christmas week and was in magic kingdom 2 days after christmas and managed to ride every ride in the park besides barnstormer, teacups, carousel, astro orbiter, dumbo, magic carpets and even got some shows in (country bear, mickeys philharmagic, and carousel of progress) as well as ride the liberty bell boat all by 5pm. even on the busiest days it is totally possible if you utilize rope drop, genie+ and ILL. then after the fireworks we re-rode tron with a virtual que, space mountain two more times, seven dwarfs, and big thunder in standby lines when the wait times dropped
You did great considering the crowds and thanks for the bathroom info!
Ha I am currently in -1 and planning my packing for coming in 2 weeks time, can't wait for some warmer weather....
Just the video I needed. I can luckily plan my trips during off seasons, but I'm doing my first Spring Break trip with some friends, and my expectations for park days is very different! Mostly just excited to meet characters and hop on the railroad and Liberty Belle!
You mentioned being blown away the first time you saw Happily Ever After. Did you also bawl your eyes out when Quasimodo came on not expecting him like I did? As the only other Hunchback of Notre Dame lover I know this is important information.
I agree 65 is cold, Quincy, I am from south Texas coast , think Orlando with no rain.
Great video so see the enormous crowds during Christmas time. And yes, Quincy, we do care about your tummy troubles because we care about you. 💕
my favorite bathrooms are the ones on the side of the pirates
I love Christmas week in WDW
I know, it's too crowded.
It's great, anyway.
I don't know if it would have been any faster, on this morning, but you can also:
* take the monorail from EPCOT to the TTC
* "go left" - to the poly
Check the Minnie Van tip. We were staying at Swan and couldn’t use a Minnie Van because it wasn’t Disney property. But that was early summer last year and may have changed.
39:02 No way did you eat all of that ice cream. 😊. While I appreciate all of you showing the available meals specific to the variety of eateries, I am shocked to see the huge size of the servings. (Plus, I am always amazed at the size of the bites taken; which, in some instances, should be 1/4th of the actual bite size taken). 🤭
33:24 Ohh…that is the nondescript Riverboat room of which Sage spoke in a different video
“I sat down cause I gotta stop crying and I didn’t drink any of my water and I don’t know where I’m going” I feel that 😂
We'll be there Monday Til Sunday! I cant wait to try Space 220. Hopefully the rain isn't too bad
This video should have been the whole gang only experiencing a few attractions because it was busy, but then showing that “perfect day” means spending time at Disney with friends and family not necessarily experiencing attractions.
Great job!
I love carousel of progress. I just wish there was a way to add on to it…now that it’s 2024, what would a new future look like.
So funny!! Car and/or water bottle. Where or where can they be 🎶
TTSC - Tortuga Tavern Secret Club
hat box was always there, he just didn't show himself. still the same 999. :)
Question! If you’re already at TTC and see this line being so long, have you ever considered walking to Poly and taking their boat instead? I know the max passengers are less but my waits aren’t long there usually (could be different at the holiday too) and the security checks are *chefs kiss*. Just wondering if you think this is a good option or dare I say hack?
That's a pretty slow option. And those boats do not always run, and the monorail line at the Poly in the am is brutal, as everyone from TTC has already on board
@@edwindrood2816 I’ve never seen the boats not run between GF, Poly and MK. And it was always a walk on, just wait for the next boat. Just my experience over my three stays at those two resorts.
The wait for the boats is sometimes very long unfortunately. If you get unlucky and a boat is just leaving as you arrive, it could take a very long time for another boat to come pick you up. I was just at Disney on January 2 and I took the boat to poly for dinner from MK. As we walked up to the dock, the boat pulled away. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the next boat to show up, and the loading process takes quite a while. By the time we finally made it to poly, it had been around 45 minutes, so way longer than I would want to spend at rope drop.
Big fan of these videos , one thing I’ve been curious about , since you’re in Disney World every day with large crowds from all over the world , how often is Covid an issue in your group ?
57 F ~ 12 C
That busy in TTC and they Han no buses?
What about fireworks from Dumbo or Astro Orbiter, or from PeopleMover?
And is that a new water bottle?
You really did get a lot done for such a big crowd. I was there the first week in Dec. with my son and his family. They decided on one ride in each park and one other thing - maybe a show or a special drink or snack or experience. On the MK day they sprung for the ILL for Tron for themselves while I kept the baby (2 1/2 years old). I got to the park earlier then them and watched the castle show and the dapper dans and crowd watched. They got there around 9:30 (toddlers are rough) their ILL was around 11 I think. We got breakfast from Sleepy Hollow and walked over to ride Dumbo, that was their one thing in that park. The wait was 1/2 hour but my grand daughter loved it. They went and rode Tron and she and I rode the train to main street, got there right when the parade did so I was able to sneak her pretty close and just sort knelt down behind her, and then they met us and we left the park. That was it for MK that day. We did go back over one night because they wanted to ride Jingle Cruise but that was all we did that night. So for a 6 night stay (they had tickets for 4 days and Jollywood Nights while I babysat) they rode Dumbo, Tron and Jingle Cruise in MK. I went over the morning they had an off day and rode Pirates, BTM, HM, Peopleover, another leg of the train and had lunch on the hub grass. We were all fine with that.
So from what we saw... Quincy didn't lose her water bottle this time...
Nobody got kicked out of the haunted mansion, the hatbox ghost was one of the original 999, no one was kicked out and there’s still room for one more, 1 of the 999 just took a very long vacation lol
I am tired watching you criss cross the park so many times 😂
Great video!
As a Man I always find it somewhat amusing the dark looks I get as I walk past the line to the ladies room to go to the bathroom.... Probably not the best thing to say 😀
wham bam tomorrowland
What about the bathrooms at pirates of the Caribbean? I feel like there’s never a line there
The ones in the gift shop area
Answer to your 999 happy haunts question…Hat Box ghost has always been in the haunted mansion, you just couldn’t see him before and now you can see him.
I care about your tummy troubles & your dull teeth Quincy!!! 🥰🎀♥
❤
I got fired as a Jungle Cruise skipper.. I asked if there were any bird lovers on the boat, then I said “ I’m not really a bird lover, but I’ve had a cock-a-too”.
LOL Don't they have a set "menu" of jokes you're able to use as a skipper? 😂
🦆!(first!)
