There will be other superimposed loads due to any mountings and wind load effect on the same. Also we have to consider as open structure and check for shielding effect and solidity ratio. Also check for diagonal wind . We need to control top deflection.

Yes but for this structure doesn’t need the slab base we are designed foundation already
