My instant thought on realising what your challenge was "nah, no way!" but you gave it a good crack and proved it's theoretically possible. Although there were some "could have, should have, would have" reflections, you still had some good runs. I rarely seem to manage a car journey without jams or roadworks. I dread to think how much it all cost. Yes, I think a third driver might have been useful, even if it was only for the last leg to the Toon. I am sure that we could all come up with suggestions about a better order and routes but if you try it out again, maybe consider the following: 1) You should advertise your intentions in advance 2) Do it as a charity event, with each Club contacted beforehand for assistance 3) You have subscibers dotted around the country who could have driven you some of the journeys. I know I'd have volunteered for a chunk of the route, even if I couldn't have THIS last weekend. I am very glad you were sensible not to do the last leg as tiredness on the road definitely kills. Emotionally it would have been hard to leave home to do that last leg as well. Thanks to you and Gary for the entertainment.
Well done lads great effort. I think Gary must have been asleep since brentford cause we never seen him 😂. But fair play and when your so tired it's so dangerous driving. Fantastic video
@misterdroneuk sorry I missed that great video really enjoyed it like tempted to try it myself now. Instead of the flight drive from London to Newcastle 🤣👍
@misterdroneuk great effort from you both well impressed next time you do something like that do it for a good cause and get people involved that would be brilliant.👏 nice one
Well done fellas, you must have both been knackered. In London, if you had taken the taxi from the olympic park to Arsenal and then on to Spurs, White Hart Lane Train station is only 5 minutes walk from the Spurs stadium, then straight to Liverpool street station and into the underground, it might have saved you a bit of time. Really great video though, what a challenge, i think you were right not to try to get to Newcastle, you were looking so tired. Thanks once again to you both.
That was very cool, I enjoyed that. A fine effort Sir. Try the Championship Challenge in 36 hours, it's a long old poke, Plymouth, Wales, London, and everywhere in between all the way to Sunderland!
Tell you what Nick, with the world we are living in now, and how it seems to have lost its mind, what a brilliant video to watch for an hour! Enjoyed it massively! Gutted you couldn’t quite get over the line. Huge effort that! 💙👏🏼
That was the "schoolboy error" that I noticed. When you took the Brentford stadium footage , You would have seen Kew bridge station over the wall behind you and made the earlier train. Good effort anyway
Excellent video, very entertaining and different, that's what matters, innovative, the public is always renewing itself and I found it entertaining, congratulations, super approved
you was in my area which i grew up and the current area i live in Tottenham and Fulham......how much did you spent in travelling around ...? wish i saw you would of shown you the shortcuts around London
I think if you'd have had a fresh designated driver in Liverpool to taxi you up to Newcastle, you would have done it. You where right to stop it though, you looked shattered by the end. Fun video though.
Well done - nearly! I think you would have saved some time doing the London grounds in a slightly different order, and those in the Midlands as well. Some comments have already mentioned some suggestions.
Genius! Idea is top notch, Nick. I'd hoped you would make it. Wow! Great attempt! Nover mind, Don t worry as theres Always a next time. 19 Stadiums is a mega go lad. Top man.. Really great idea.. 👍 👌 👏 Sounds like traffic was your biggest enemy.. 🙄
That must have been a killer, the thought of being at home at nearly 2AM and then having to get into the car to drive to...Newcastle. I don't blame you stopping it there, lads. Great effort though. The route you took was fine. I think the two East Midlands clubs did for you. That drive from Bournemouth to Leicester is a real toughie. Loved the video.
Great effort, and when I started watching it I knew the elephant in the room was that big trip up to Newcastle. Maybe better to start in Newcastle and then move south, ending in London where night time transport is much easier.
Brilliant challenge Nick and a great effort by you both. Absolutely support your decision, not to attempt the last leg to Newcastle. I really think it’s do-able though, with a few tweaks. Thoroughly enjoyed the video 👍👍👍💯
Good effort Nick. Maybe could 49:28 have done west mids before east mids then Toon and finish at E/LFC. Closer to home. Glad you didn't take the chance driving after being awake 20+ hrs. Good decision
What a fantastic video. Gripping to the end. Really enjoyed watching it. Fair play to you both for undertaking such a massive challenge. I'd have maybe started at Newcastle down to Forest and Leicester, to Ipswich and then into London following the same route.
Stratford to Northumberland Park 21 mins by train for Tottenham Hotspur stadium then Tottenham hale to Finsbury park underground 18 minutes walk instead of going back to Victoria A great effort Nick sensible decision not to drive being that tired.
Hiya Nick, I'm a Newcastle United supporter, but you and Gary were right not to go to Newcastle, you could have fallen asleep at the wheel, but hopefully you'll go to St James's Park in the near future, that's a nice thought for us Newcastle United fans, this is Choppy
Ey up Nick, Challenge accepted! By the end of this current season 👍 once time off from work and family commitments are sorted!! If I see you at goodison I’ll give you a shout 👍
well done to you nick and your friend Amazing effort get round. All the premium teams. He looked so tired at the end It would have been really difficult to do if everything's on time. It could have been able to happen but well done for doing it. I'm sure the Newcastle fans will see you try your best. And you looked absolutely tired. Hope you got plenty of sleep 😊😊😊
Well done, I didn't think you would manage it as Newcastle is just too far up. As you said, if you just hadn't missed one train it would have been doable. But you did so well
Enjoyed this. I know you’s obviously did your homework on this. I wonder if starting at Newcastle would work? Then you can finish knackered closer to home in Liverpool. The thought of a trip from Newcastle to Ipswich though 😂
Good effort, Mr D. You definitely made the right decision. Tiredness kills on the motorway. Nottingham is further north than Wolverhampton, so you should have visited Molineux after Bournemouth, and then Villa, Leicester and Forest, before Manchester. Of the 19 you visited, only Spurs is a better stadium than Bramley Moore (in my opinion). UTTs 👍🏻
That was a top effort but I think you should have gone Wolves - Stanley Park - ManU Man City and NUFC - not much in it but may have helped esp with a 3rd driver - also the trek over London did you consider back of motorcycles as an option ? Brilliant thing to try tho...
This video is definitely a grower. The London part was impressive, nightmare of a place to travel around. By the end of the video it looked as though it was very much a case of, it seemed like a good idea at the time. 😂
The only other thing you could have possibly done differently in London was to get a few more cabs to wait around, or have one cab do the whole lot but not sure if that would be financially viable. People saying start in Newcastle but realistically imagine trying to find your way around London at night whilst shattered 😬. Either way Herculean effort lads. Well done 👏 the right decision to call it a day when you did.
Great effort lads .....Did you ask the cabby at W Ham if he could do you a multi ground deal ? or was he not interested ? Too expensive ? or you did not think of it ? ....lol
Brilliant video of a great attempt with the opportunity to complete within the time limit being feasible but not really sensible so your 'failure' should not be seen as that Nick. Suggestions of starting at Newcastle or on the south coast are worthy of consideration although London is always going to be the time consuming bit. Fantastic effort, you and gary did well. Cheers.
Thoughts: 1. Why wear a hat and jacket in the middle of summer when it’s hot. I’m sweating just watching you 🥵 (same with your Liver building to BMD video) 2. I would have loved a short flight around the outside of each stadium to get a feel for it and the area it’s in. I know no flying in London, but other stadiums, just a 30 second loop around each stadium instead of just a photo. 3. Maybe do it over 48 hours and get a short video of each stadium in daylight. 4. You could have met up with a new fresh driver in Liverpool who drives u to Newcastle and back. 5. Our new stadium looks sooo much better than most stadiums in the league. 6. There’s a tube stop at Arsenal much closer than train station you used. 7. You should iron the flags hanging up in your studio. Would look better with the creases gone 🏁 8. Sorry for the long list. 9. Congratulations on making the right decision at the end and NOT driving to Newcastle when exhausted. Well done
Love your optimism thinking you could use public transport, my dads a pensioner and he said he could do it in 2 days with his bus pass as he can’t go out twirly in the mornings
Unfortunately, you guys got off at Highbury and Islington to go to Arsenal when you could have got off at Holloway Road or Arsenal station which would have been less than a 5-minute walk. I know you said that there were delays on the Picadilly line, but even if you stayed on the Victoria line and got off at Finsbury Park, I would have saved you some time. Good effort though.
Should've had a fresh driver lined up for yourselves in Liverpool maybe ? Just a thought. Also tell us what you forked out on your modes of transport please. 😂
If you reversed your route it would have been easier to use London transport later in the day (when tired) and then the last train to Ipswich, have a sleep. As someone else mentioned the London route could of been quicker but a really great effort though.
I'm not sure what you lads did to have to change trains and walk loads to get from Tottenham Hale to Highbury & Islington on the tube, it's a direct tube and just 3 stops on the Victoria line!
Ey up mate, cracking effort, what did the whole challenge cost you?? I’m tempted to have a crack at it on my channel.. would r do the route much differently, I’d just use a different mode of transport maybe! UTFT

Loved the video. Next time probably start at Newcastle
Start in Liverpool/Manchester/ Birmingham out head south coast / London then take a flight to Newcastle and finish.👍
@craigjonsmith no flights allowed mate 👍🏻
@misterdroneuk sorry I missed that great video really enjoyed it like tempted to try it myself now. Instead of the flight drive from London to Newcastle 🤣👍
@@craigjonsmith ye it can be done mate. Long drive that though. Make sure you have another driver or two with you

What a terrific video that was. Edge of the seat stuff. Nice one.
That was very cool, I enjoyed that. A fine effort Sir. Try the Championship Challenge in 36 hours, it's a long old poke, Plymouth, Wales, London, and everywhere in between all the way to Sunderland!
Brilliant! They have done some work on the outside of that stand lately and now it looks great walking from the station.🔵⚪️👍
Tell you what Nick, with the world we are living in now, and how it seems to have lost its mind, what a brilliant video to watch for an hour! Enjoyed it massively! Gutted you couldn’t quite get over the line. Huge effort that! 💙👏🏼
Slipped up at Brentford, if you'd carried on past the stadium Kew Bridge station is at the end of the road.
That was the "schoolboy error" that I noticed. When you took the Brentford stadium footage , You would have seen Kew bridge station over the wall behind you and made the earlier train. Good effort anyway

I think if you'd have had a fresh designated driver in Liverpool to taxi you up to Newcastle, you would have done it.
You where right to stop it though, you looked shattered by the end.
Fun video though.
fair play mr drone you put a right shift in there great work you put the miles in there some great footage fantastic work big respect
Good one!
I think it's a pity you didnt have time to do a decent fly around at each stadium.
Hard lines guys, great effort, really interesting challenge 👏👏👏👏
This is quite the adventure. Loved the video mate
Well done - nearly! I think you would have saved some time doing the London grounds in a slightly different order, and those in the Midlands as well. Some comments have already mentioned some suggestions.
Thanks John 👍🏻
Bad luck lads. Great watch though! UTFT!

Amazing.... A mate in London with a motor would of helped, but 19/20 Amazing. Safety first.
The cabdriver laughing 😂 super video Nick❤
10 out of 10 for invention in these troubling times. Well done Sir.
Good video, unlucky with the challenge.
Try the 12 Scottish Premiership stadiums next?
What a fantastic video. Gripping to the end. Really enjoyed watching it. Fair play to you both for undertaking such a massive challenge. I'd have maybe started at Newcastle down to Forest and Leicester, to Ipswich and then into London following the same route.

Start at Bournemouth, south coast, then do London, then Ipswich, then Midlands, then NW, then NE.
Great effort, so hard with most of the prem teams being in the south especially London. Great vid.
Very impressive Nick , common sense prevailed though, congrats 👍
