Where do you put the line thru the back for the adapter. Mine came loose and not pre installed

The "Parts Included" page says 10 bio bags.
It had 2 in the flat envelope in the bottom of the box.
When you raise the lid it has to go over the vent lip to lock in place. Have to grind away a bit of the lid to keep it working as needed.
All support said "Never saw that before" and that's it.
