Faith in the Fire (Complete Message)

James opens with a challenging statement: "Consider it pure joy when you face trials." Is this just a simplistic platitude or wishful thinking? Is James somehow unaware of how bad our trials can get? If not, how are we to find joy in the midst of trials that are deep enough to make us wonder if God is even there?
