    Naaalala ko dati 5pesos lang ang pancit canton. Original pa lang yun flavor niya and sobrang sarap talaga. Every sat and sun ako kumakain nito kada umaga habang nanonood ng mga cartoons sa RPN9 at Bioman etc kada linggo. Pero ngayon pag may nagluluto ng original, iba na talaga ang amoy at lasa niya. Ibang iba sa unang nakalakihan ko.

      Hindi nag-iiba ang lasa tayong mga tao, pag tumatanda nag iiba na rin ung taste buds naten, gayun din natuklasan ko sa Birch tree iba ung lasa nya nung kabataan ko pa compare ngaun.

    Indomie ang go to food ng mga pinoy migrante at ofw san man sa mundo na my indomie.
    Ako pg gumawa ng noodles ang mga seasoning ay tinutunaw ko ng konting pinagkulian ng noodles. Gusto ko din na medyo my laban pa ang noodles. Ng lalagay din aq ng konti na knoor seasoning at chilli powder. Tapos pag ka alis pinagkuluan ilalagay ko ang noodles sa seasoning. Sa ganito na process pantay ang seasoning ng noodles. At piniritong itlog na malasado At tinapay.

    Original po ang favorite ko ngayon as an adult. Mas masarap siya kesa sa version nung childhood ko.😅 2nd is Sweet and Spicy. Thank you, Ninong Ry, ikaw ang kasama ko habang nka WFH. Pakiramdam ko may kasama akong tropang masayahin habang nagwo-work. Nakakawala ng lungkot.

    ginagawa ko nilalagyan ko ng itlog pagpatapos na maluto for 15 seconds, nagiging softboiled yung itlog. tapos strainer ko tinidor lang para may sabaw pa konti at hindi tuyo tsaka tamad ako maghugas 🤣lagay sa bowl mga seasoning pack tapos konting oyster sauce. simple lang. ittry ko yang pancit canton na may reno ninong ry ngayon ko lang nakita yan salamat!

    Dito sa states, tinitira ng mga anak ko ay kalamansi flavor. Nilalagyan ko ng rotisserie chicken from Costco and solve and sila. Bumilibi ako ng isang box every month sa Asian store last nauubus nila ang isang box in one month. Meron din sa Filipino store pero mas mahal and ripoff sa Filipino store Vs don sa mga intsek. $35 sa Asian store Vs $45 sa Filipino store for one box of Pancit canton

    i used put malungay leaves sa LM pancit canton. kasama na sa pagboil ng noodles. then mixed na yun powder, oil and toyo bago ilagay und drained canton. or minsan naman julienned carrot and cabbage ang halo, para lang regular pansit.... on another story yung niece ko naman nilalagyan ng either kechup or mayo pag mix nya.

    yung friend ko, nag luto ng pancit canton for me pinaka madali. extra sauce sya,
    add 2-3 table spoon hot water
    1 tbp toyo
    1/2 tbps sugar
    then mix mga pampalasa ng pansit
    Pag luto ng noodles mekus mekus mo na.. chicharon toppings green onion, sarap!
    share lang.. =)

    yung perfect dish naman. yung tipong cheese burger, tapos may 3 or 4 options per category kung anong perfect bread, anong perfect meat, perfect way ng pag luto ng meat, perfect cheese, perfect sauce. tapos sa dulo pagsasama samahin lahat ng perfect per category
    pwede din gawin sa ibang dishes yung gantong option. madami dami pang idea pero sana makadagdag ito. more power ninong!

    Luckyme synthetic na synthetic . Dati sumobrabka lang ng 1 minute sa 3 minute boiling time sobrang labsa na . Ee ngaun 10 minutes mo na halos kinukuluuan matigas pa din at pag kinain mo na sobrang synthetic tlaga ng feel .parang plastic ung noodles🤢🤢.     IMO, yung original, di siya the best as is. Pero yun yung pinaka neutral, blank canvass kumbaga, madali siya gawan ng kung anu anong timpla. Pwede mo lagyan ng chili oil, pritong bawang, pritong sibuyas, etc. Di gaya ng ibang flavor, yun na yon, mahihirapan ka na i adjust flavor. Sweet and Spicy Supremacy parin 😂

    3:14 Pasensya na po kung ako'y:
    -ilagay ang powder, oil, at toyo sa kakainang plato
    -haluin ng mabuti ang mixture para maging equal slurry(minsan dinadagdagan ng oyster sauce or msg, or konting noodle water para maging saucy)
    -drain ng todo ang noodles at saka ilagay sa ibabaw ng condiment slurry
    Bakit? Dahil masyadong matagal haluin kapag inibabaw sa drained noodles ang mga condiments para maging pantay ang distribusyon, at hindi magkakaroon ng mga noodles na hindi masyado malalagyan ng condiments. Also efficient since pede naman tong gawin habang pinapakuluan yung noodles, imbis na hintayin pang maluto bago ilagay ang condiments.

    Mas masarap yung hinahalo yung condiments +seasoning ng mabuti bago ilagay yung noodles. Hindi tlga masarap yung mga naglalagay seasoning at condiments on top of the cooked noodles. Kaya nilagay ang instructions para sundin pero kung yan trip nyo, ipagpatuloy nyo lng. lol

    Ninong katanungan nga pla kung iyong mamarapatin... bakit ang pagpapakulo/ pagpapalambot ng karne o kahit anung pagkaing kailangang pakuluan, saka lang tinatakpan pag kumulo n? hndi b mas madaling kumulo pag nakatakip n hanggang s kumulo. bakit karamihan ng chef n napapanood ko laging hihintayin munang kumulo bago nila takpan? save me Ninong!!!! :D

      Iba Yung init na nakatakip na kulo at walang takip ng kulo. Sinubukan ko mag pakulo ng tubig ng may takip para sa noodle ng spaghetti ang TIGAS ng kinalabasan ng noodles kahit nasa Tama na Yung Oras na pinakuluan.

      Para po lumutang ang impurities at masdali itong matanggal, pagkasi kumulo ang Karne at may takip ang impurities ay dumidikit sa gilid ng kasirula at tumitigas ito, ito po ay base lang po sa experience ko sa pag luluto ng sinigang at nilagang Karne, Lalo na pag baka

    FYI lang po maacid po sa tyan ang mga instant noodles kpg hindi pinakulo sa maraming tubig. Yun mga chemicals naalis ng madaming tubig yun nga lang dapat tamang dami pa din but konti tubig no no kain mo lahat ng chemicals sa noodles kpg less water.
