Jurgens' The Church of the Early Fathers. It's a 3-volume set. Pretty complete. Lists 1046 doctrines of the Catholic Church and what any father said anything about them.

The Protestant Bible changes the word tradition to teaching when they supported the idea. The word in Greek is the same. The Protestants use teaching and tradition interchangeably for their own methods.

I have a few more FLIP Catholic verses myself for your consideration. I have many more, but consider this Biblically accurate history.
Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
Matthew 15:24, "But He (Jesus) answered and said, `I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.'" Jesus only interfaced with two (the woman and ( SORRY, MY BAD: Jesus dealt with the centurion in Capernaum, it was Peter that visited the Cornelius famil !) non-Jews throughout His total recorded Ministry. Jesus states his total purpose of his ministry: establish the Kingdom in Israel.
Matthew 10:1-8, Jesus directed the Apostles (Peter, James, John...etc.) to minister to the Jews and NOT go to the Gentiles? (Jesus restricts the 12 to only the Jews and did not tell then to stop.) So, would it be possible that Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, practicing Jews, are communicating to practicing Jews in the four Gospels as Jesus directed them and NOT a beginning of the Christian (as we understand the term today) Church. Roman Catholic Scripture experts always overlook this. That would clear many perceived contradictions. As above, wasn't Paul designated as the minister to the Gentiles? I have chapter and verse if needed.
Romans 15:8, Now, I (Paul) say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision (Jews) for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: (Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: Establish the Kingdom).
Jerusalem Church: Galatians 2, 8For God, who was at work in Peter as an apostle to the circumcision, was also at work in me as an apostle to the uncircumcised (Gentiles).
This is about 20 YEARS after the Crucifixion, Burial, and Resurrection and Peter is still in Jerusalem ministering to the practicing Jews that accepted Jesus as the messiah, as he (Peter) was. I may be wrong, BUT, I don't think the Vatican was originally established in Jerusalem.
PETER AGREES TO CONTINUE TO MINISTER TO THE CIRCUMCISED! You mentioned: where did the apostles go? The answer is Jerusalem and ministered to the Lost Sheep.!

Only the Catholic Church has the Authority of God to teach on faith and morals. Jesus gave the authority of teaching and preaching to Peter and the Apostles.
