imagine doing an entire series playing steel soul... haha... happy year of the wyrm! in my opinion, steel soul is a very unique mode because it tests a very different skill set within hollow knight that is not that explored as much in the pantheons, that being mastering the base game and its mechanics, enemies and environments, so you can clear it without a single death, and is a challange that requires a lot of patience. my steel soul attempt was a little different in nature, as i decided to do steel soul and steel heart at the same time (although i do think i did the speedrun completion too, don't remember), meaning i didn't go for the speedrunner route, instead choosing the most efficient way of getting all upgrades and destroying bosses by becoming massively overpowered ahead of time, which made stuff considerably easier, but i do not recommend you do that unless you are insane, as i was literally using all of my memory and constantly navigating through the wiki to know what to get. anyways, great video, keep it up and see you when you accomplish P5 :)
