    No wonder R&D budgets are so high! I admire your persistence. I was looking at the Sharge for a cleaning solution but it's also getting pricey and I couldn't be doing with spending time and money fixing issues.

    That was very interesting, and what a fantastic conversion. Quite sure if you marketed it you would get loads of buyers. Surprised Sharge have not taken you up on, brilliant piece of work and makes the model look more authentic.
    As I am still designing/building my layout and have nothing to test a cleaner on I was wondering what liquid you put inside. Personally I would go for 99% Isopropanol or lighter fluid which I have read is far superior and has been used for ages yet forgotten about.
    Would like to know what you use and would love to see a test after using lighter fluid.

      Thank you for that. I also use Iso but add a little of Tamiya's thinners to the mix which seems to lift the dirt more easily.
