Recording is very poor; irresponsible intermediate advertisements are extremely disturbing to hear this beautiful performance. Unfortunately we don’t understand the difference between a classical music and cheap Hindi songs.
Kaishiki sings so well bt her music dosnt have any desired depth....c same raga same composition same GHARANA artists like Ustad Munawar Ali Khan s music or that of Ustad BGAK...
Perhaps it is not fair to compare her with such senior musicians at a relatively early stage of her musical journey. She is a gifted singer with very good taalim, and now it is upto her to decide whether she wants to be a stalwart or a star. As a listener I'd rather wait with optimism.
