Never mentioned is the grinding poverty contrasted with the obscene wealth of the rich. Nobody I know has any package deal solutions but most of us agree that the voices of those in gangs, on the streets, who have been recently involved, should be heard and given priority rather than being brushed aside and patronised on the rare occasion that they appear on discussion panels.
