Whoa. Yeah, Engfa is being inappropriate. She knows she loses control when she drinks, so she shouldn't drink, and her managers should help regulate it since she can't regulate herself. Some of those interacrions didn't look consensual. It's problematic. Being tired and working hard or it being her birthday is no excuse.
Oh no, I can't watch all of this, it makes me cringe. It looks like Engfa has a big big problem with alcohol and if she's a problem drinker/alcoholic there isn't a lot the people around her can do. In the LGBTQ+ community there is a really big alcohol problem and quite often, in my experience, you go to a bar or club and there will be one woman who is very drunk and getting overly familiar with everyone around her BUT usually she isn't anywhere near as attractive as Engfa. No matter what they look like, it's unplesant to be around someone who has lost all their boundaries. Hope she sorts herself out.
