    Very neat. Thanks for sharing.

    Two small corrections:
    The MagBalls are chrome/nickel plated steel. Steel is more magnetic than stainless.
    The magnets are N52, the strongest available.

      @@Rolohaun By the way, I really like the effector design you used. Currently I'm using a flying Bondtech dual gear one, but I'd prefer to have a shorter filament path, and have the mass more evenly divided (part below and part above the plane of the effector).

    Pretty cool build! What material are you printing the effector and extruder parts out of, abs? I didn't think PLA would do well near the high temp hot end

    • @Rolohaun
      @Rolohaun  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I print everything out of PLA I have over 200 hours of printing on my large delta with no issues.

    I have a dragonfly phaetus bmo, is this the one you're using it? Did you unscrewed the upper part of the hotend? Also, i am thinking about using a ldo orbiter v2 extruder, i need to modify the model of the effector?

    • @Rolohaun
      @Rolohaun  ปีที่แล้ว

      I used a dragon hotend, I unscrewed the groove mount

    Does the effector dimensions change configuration in clipper?

    • @Rolohaun
      @Rolohaun  ปีที่แล้ว

      if you change the effector I would re run the delta calibrate

    i cant find the exact model for the pancake stepper motor in the video, i found LDO Nema14 36mm Pancake Stepper Motor LDO-36STH20-1004AHG online and is there a problem if i use this instead of the one in the video?

    Looking for magnetic arms on a custom tiny delta I'm working on, but I can't find any small enough for my project. Any ideas?

    Would you be willing to share your STL for the effector? I looked on the GitHub and didn't see it.
