I went on the Seaside with a very similar experience with the cabin on the aft (Aurea Premium Suite) which was also my first Mediterranean Cruise. It was worth the money!

Oh they exist in Europe. They used to pick on fully loaded hatchbacks with fully loaded roof racks, boots and luggage in back seats with the kids. Packing would take hours, doing it again after the pillocks at customs had had their fun hours again. And always when getting off the midnight ferry.
Went on the Euribia in June with my mum and one day she didn't feel very well, so after I told the butler that she would stay in bed, both the butler and the junior butler spoiled her all day long, went to see her like every hour to make sure she was ok and the butler made her a fantastic tea made from the bottom with fresh herbs and they gave her what ever she wanted. Wow, what a service they provided!!
Hard to understand why you don't have a million subs. The quality, consistentcy and quantity of your content is so high and your reviews are just better than any other channel. Anyway, love the channel.
True, some frothing at the mouth conspiracy idiots have more subscribers than this channel, which is so totally and utterly wrong. I've always had a little interest in a cruise but the sheer quality, presentation and personality delivered in this channel makes cruising something that I now really want to do a lot more than previously.
I've never been on a cruise and don't really want to, but a while back I got addicted to Emma's presentation style and bits of humor and I keep watching her cruise videos. It must be that charming British accent she has that keeps me coming back!

You can't buy any Jack there though, because it's in a "dry" county, a holdover from our Prohibition era (some states have "local option" rights to still ban the sale of alcohol by county, either totally or by the drink - no bars).

i stayed in that same room on a different ship and it was amazing - we purchased a usb rechargeable nightlight with motion sensor - and that has been a great addon - we spoke to an officer when we went, and she claimed that she designed the haven on NCL as well. the difficult issue for us is going back on the msc without getting yacht club, its just the best experience
Suites are another world. We were successful bidders on a Princess cruise last year for a suite and it is so much better than any other class of cabin. Free laundry, free flat of water, free fruit every day, best location for breakfast, early tender use, free use of spa, on and on, wonderful trip on our 32 day cruise.

The best videos (MSC) yet. Lots of fun to watch. I know it's not your thing, but often you completely leave out a view of the ships' Fitness Centers in your videos. Please include these in the future. You can always ask those present to guide you as to what's special about each ship's gym.
Given my experience with customer service (volunteering but still) it is always nice to have a customer who doesn't ask for much. Glad you had a lovely cruise.
Being guided to your suite seems crazy already. Being offered to unpack and later pack your suitcase is also something I´ve never heard of. I have a hard time imagining doing this for someone. The sweets are great. I´d appreciate that any day. Same with the room service.

I'm loving seeing you experience Yacht Club - it blows my mind how luxurious this experience looks. It's amazing how exclusive it looks in there compared to the rest of the ship!
I also cut my handle off my hairbrush but because it was a hook on the end and always catching on things. Staying inside the inner cabins makes any porthole seems like a treat. No wonder you were so delighted.
Yacht club Is the only way to go. The butlers are a massive help if you use them correctly. You don’t need a kettle as the coffee machine will just produce hot water for tea as well. Another great video, well done.
The drinks would be the key thing for me. And I'm not talking about alcoholic ones. Just having the ability to walk over and grab a Coke would be nice.

Thought the Seascape was their more recent. 4 items ironed? Nice. Spacious cabin and bathroom; especially the shower. We were in an Aurea balcony on the Seascape last November and they gifted the diffuser, slippers, chocolate, Prosecco and 2 glasses. I would not want the butler to unpack or pack for me. Oooo. Room service and bedtime chocolates. Beautiful details to the towel, linen, napkin holders etc. Emma I would forget to turn the button back to welcome the steward 😂. But he realized this quickly. Glad this was a wonderful experience. We shall try yacht club next time on MSC. Thanks for sharing 🤗

I’m really glad you got to have a nice cabin and some bits to make things special. Emma you are a tonic, on the not so great days when it’s gloomy weather your videos are a great way to forget the weather and enjoy an update about your latest travels. I don’t know if you can put cookies down on the list of dietary needs but it’s good to see they were a sensible size. You must be a cookie expert by now, I wonder which cruise line does them best? I think chocolate chip cookies are pretty good to have but a little variety isn’t a bad thing. I wonder if you could ask Captain Hudson to tell us what he enjoyed too. Keep up all the good work and thanks again for being so kind to share your experiences with us all.
This is what I needed, Emma! We will sail for the third time on a MSC ship in summer 2025 and we've booked the YC for the first time. I'm so excited! Hopefully this experience won't spoil any other cruises for us. 😂

I always think that if I were wealthy enough to have this kind of luxury all the time, I’d just take it for granted rather than having something to really appreciate on the very rare occasions I get to go on a more special holiday or enjoy a high end experience. Going on my usual budget trips really makes the odd treat that much more memorable. What a lovely experience for you, Emma!
I’m lucky enough to be able to afford this kind of thing, maybe not all the time but every year or two. But I don’t do it that often for exactly the reason you give! I don’t want to get jaded.

Really love all of your videos, you are my favorite Cruiser as I love you real take insensible suggestions on cruising. The MSC yacht club seems so much more accessible to me now, and all the amenities are really lovely. Once you turn left on the plane or go in the private lift on a cruise ship its hard to go back. Yes they are more money but thats all a part of the holiday experience!!! WE have been lucky enough to cruise in NCL several times and its exactly what it says on the tin - "a haven""!! Lovely video!!
I love your videos Emma and relate to your personality a lot (not high maintenance, enjoy the simple things). I sail NCL a lot and just took my 9th cruise since starting cruising in 2019. My second more recent cruise was Hawaii to Alaska on the Spirit, which I was very excited to sail since you have said how much you love her especially being your first cruise ship. She was very enjoyable and probably up there as my top favorite ship with the Encore! My last cruise a week ago was on the Bliss and I loved that ship as well. I am like you, I don’t care the cabin and have sailed Studio through Balcony with just me in the room. I am happy with a comfy bed and a place to relax, that’s all I need! (Other than a shower of course 😊) A couple cruises ago it was my Dads birthday while sailing on the NCL Sun. My Mom and I looked everywhere for a way to get him a cake but it fell through and he isn’t much a chocolate fan to order the one they have for special occasions. One of the first nights they had a coconut cream pie my Dad enjoyed so we spoke with the Maitre d on how we could order a small one for my Dad to have his birthday dinner at the MDR. They said no problem and when dessert arrived they brought an entire 11 inch coconut cream pie beautifully decorated to the table. They would not let us pay for it and said they knew we requested a small one but the chef didn’t have smaller pie tins and wanted to make it for us. It was very kind of NCL and it was much enjoyed. We shared with tables near us and asked that the remainder be offered to the crew which they happily did. My Mom and I were so shocked as we also never really ask for anything off menu and wanted to pay for the pie, but the crew on NCL seemed just as happy to make it free for us. 😊❤
How lovely Emma. We did a Scenic 15 days cruise in 2024, Amsterdam to Budapest. We too had a butler, but not once did he do a single thing for us. It was absolutely disappointing, as the only time we saw him was sometimes helping out in the bar. It was so annoying when that’s what they talked about a lot. Needless to say, he did not get a tip.
As always Emma great content, presentation and camera work. Real insight into this type of cruise. The cabin looked wonderful and spacious. Every need catered for. Thank You for sharing
As a person who is more likely to splurge on land rather than an upgraded cabin, I still love seeing the fancy luxury areas like this. Thanks from a fellow inside-cabin girlie.
If a butler could magic up a different height table or a sun lounger for others, I imagine you could have gotten a nightlight if you'd asked. I would think other people might have requested one before for the same reason you needed one.
My first and so far only cruise, I first thought "Oh I will never need room service." Then after spending most of the morning on the open bow viewing Glacier Bay I got back to my room and ordered french fries. They arrived hot, salted and with a little pot of ketchup - and it was fantastic.
Going back to an inside cabin may not be that simple ever again. The suite experience grows on you and takes cruising to a whole different level. Cruise lines know this and often upgrade passengers to this level if they think they're going to be repeat customers - and it works. MSC doesn't usually get high marks but a suite can make you forget that pretty quickly.
I applaud for dedication of research in forcing yourself to eat another pizza. Awesome video, as was the last one, sounds like a very different cruising experience.
I know exactly how you felt on first seeing the cabin and other luxuries. It’s the same feeling I got on a free upgrade to Club class on a transatlantic British Airways flight, many years ago. The difference in space from Economy… I tried to stay awake to enjoy the experience so I know the temptation to stay in the room.

A fantastic review, very enjoyable to watch. Ambassador have real coat hangers too, though obviously at the more budget end of cruising. I think I could very quickly get used to that kind of luxury, and also the butler service 👍😁
I cruised on Seascape last year for Christmas, I loved it! I don’t know why there’s a huge aversion to MSC I actually really enjoyed it and I thought it was up there with the likes of Royal and Celebrity and I’ve cruised them too! ❤

You really need to try Yacht Club Fraser - Trouble is, you will then find it almost impossible to cruise with MSC any other way! We love it

Hot water for green teas, sure. Boiling water (a requirement for British-style black tea blends) though?

Omg. MSC commenting on your vlog. How amazing is that. Emma I hope you sail Explora Journey. That ship has been looking amazing. I didn’t realize the Euribia was this new. Thought the Seascape was their more recent. 4 items ironed? Nice. Spacious cabin and bathroom; especially the shower. We were in an Aurea balcony on the Seascape last November and they gifted the diffuser, slippers, chocolate, Prosecco and 2 glasses. I would not want the butler to unpack or pack for me. Oooo. Room service and bedtime chocolates. Beautiful details to the towel, linen, napkin holders etc. Emma I would forget to turn the button back to welcome the steward 😂. But he realized this quickly. Glad this was a wonderful experience. We shall try yacht club next time on MSC. Thanks for sharing 🤗

I’m really glad you got to have a nice cabin and some bits to make things special. Emma you are a tonic, on the not so great days when it’s gloomy weather your videos are a great way to forget the weather and enjoy an update about your latest travels. I don’t know if you can put cookies down on the list of dietary needs but it’s good to see they were a sensible size. You must be a cookie expert by now, I wonder which cruise line does them best? I think chocolate chip cookies are pretty good to have but a little variety isn’t a bad thing. I wonder if you could ask Captain Hudson to tell us what he enjoyed too. Keep up all the good work and thanks again for being so kind to share your experiences with us all.

I always think that if I were wealthy enough to have this kind of luxury all the time, I’d just take it for granted rather than having something to really appreciate on the very rare occasions I get to go on a more special holiday or enjoy a high end experience. Going on my usual budget trips really makes the odd treat that much more memorable. What a lovely experience for you, Emma!

Really love all of your videos, you are my favorite Cruiser as I love you real take insensible suggestions on cruising. The MSC yacht club seems so much more accessible to me now, and all the amenities are really lovely. Once you turn left on the plane or go in the private lift on a cruise ship its hard to go back. Yes they are more money but thats all a part of the holiday experience!!! WE have been lucky enough to cruise in NCL several times and its exactly what it says on the tin - "a haven""!! Lovely video!!
I love your videos Emma and relate to your personality a lot (not high maintenance, enjoy the simple things). I sail NCL a lot and just took my 9th cruise since starting cruising in 2019. My second more recent cruise was Hawaii to Alaska on the Spirit, which I was very excited to sail since you have said how much you love her especially being your first cruise ship. She was very enjoyable and probably up there as my top favorite ship with the Encore! My last cruise a week ago was on the Bliss and I loved that ship as well. I am like you, I don’t care the cabin and have sailed Studio through Balcony with just me in the room. I am happy with a comfy bed and a place to relax, that’s all I need! (Other than a shower of course 😊)
A couple cruises ago it was my Dads birthday while sailing on the NCL Sun. My Mom and I looked everywhere for a way to get him a cake but it fell through and he isn’t much a chocolate fan to order the one they have for special occasions. One of the first nights they had a coconut cream pie my Dad enjoyed so we spoke with the Maitre d on how we could order a small one for my Dad to have his birthday dinner at the MDR. They said no problem and when dessert arrived they brought an entire 11 inch coconut cream pie beautifully decorated to the table. They would not let us pay for it and said they knew we requested a small one but the chef didn’t have smaller pie tins and wanted to make it for us. It was very kind of NCL and it was much enjoyed. We shared with tables near us and asked that the remainder be offered to the crew which they happily did. My Mom and I were so shocked as we also never really ask for anything off menu and wanted to pay for the pie, but the crew on NCL seemed just as happy to make it free for us. 😊❤

How lovely Emma. We did a Scenic 15 days cruise in 2024, Amsterdam to Budapest. We too had a butler, but not once did he do a single thing for us. It was absolutely disappointing, as the only time we saw him was sometimes helping out in the bar. It was so annoying when that’s what they talked about a lot. Needless to say, he did not get a tip.

If a butler could magic up a different height table or a sun lounger for others, I imagine you could have gotten a nightlight if you'd asked. I would think other people might have requested one before for the same reason you needed one.

My first and so far only cruise, I first thought "Oh I will never need room service." Then after spending most of the morning on the open bow viewing Glacier Bay I got back to my room and ordered french fries. They arrived hot, salted and with a little pot of ketchup - and it was fantastic.

Going back to an inside cabin may not be that simple ever again. The suite experience grows on you and takes cruising to a whole different level. Cruise lines know this and often upgrade passengers to this level if they think they're going to be repeat customers - and it works. MSC doesn't usually get high marks but a suite can make you forget that pretty quickly.

I know exactly how you felt on first seeing the cabin and other luxuries. It’s the same feeling I got on a free upgrade to Club class on a transatlantic British Airways flight, many years ago. The difference in space from Economy… I tried to stay awake to enjoy the experience so I know the temptation to stay in the room.

I cruised on Seascape last year for Christmas, I loved it! I don’t know why there’s a huge aversion to MSC I actually really enjoyed it and I thought it was up there with the likes of Royal and Celebrity and I’ve cruised them too! ❤
