Hi, curious on why is moisturizer not recommended, doesn't it make the blade glide better and even less pain and hassle to shave it, like anywhere we shave on our body?

Absolutely in cases where you're removing the entire area of hair like incase of legs! But in case of eyebrows, where you want to keep the main eyebrow and only want to remove the extras, the skin being too slippery makes it hard to control which hair are being shaved. Speaking from experience, you may shave off a couple of hairs from the main eyebrow 😒
