As a Shia, I am deeply troubled by the ongoing manipulation of Islamic history by certain Sunni Muslims, who seek to dictate when and how Shia Muslims are allowed to express themselves. This perpetual need to control narratives, stifle dissent, and impose orthodoxy has cast a dark shadow over our Islamic history. It is profoundly frustrating to witness the suppression of alternative viewpoints, the persecution of dissenters, and even the distortion of facts to serve narrow agendas.
For centuries, Sunni scholars and leaders have resorted to reprehensible tactics such as concealing truths, resorting to violence, and deceitfully altering historical records to perpetuate their dominance and authority. This systematic suppression of dissent and the imposition of a singular narrative have stifled intellectual discourse within the Muslim community, impeding our ability to critically engage with our own history and traditions.
It is high time that we break free from this cycle of oppression and manipulation in the name of our beloved Prophet (PBUH). Our Prophet stood for justice, compassion, and truth, and it is an affront to his legacy to allow such injustices to continue in his name. Let us strive to foster an environment where diverse voices are heard, where dissent is respected, and where the pursuit of truth is paramount. It is only through such a commitment to intellectual honesty and openness that we can truly honor the teachings of our Prophet and pave the way for a more enlightened and inclusive future for our community.

*"...Sunni Muslims, who seek to dictate when and how Shia Muslims are allowed to express themselves. ..."* This is the legacy of Umayyads and Abbasids which Sunni Muslims admire.

Ahsent ! the manipulation by so-called sunni scholars who, through their arrogance, indoctrinate generations of followers. Do they truly prioritize the hereafter? Do they sincerely uphold the teachings of the Ahlulbayt and the Prophet? Unfortunately no their primary concerns seem to revolve around wealth, influence, and deceit, as evidenced by their actions.
However, amidst their elaborate narratives, the truth remains unaltered and accessible to those who seek it. Allah swt guides whom he wills.

I feel as though they vilify the Shia because they fear the truth we have been blessed with. As it would undermine the entirety of their beliefs and their ego cant handle it.

I was saying to my wife and family that in my entire life listening to lectures, this series is something that is groundbreaking. I've never seen anyone going this in depth into the Sunni literature & speaking about topics that us Shia are constantly condemned and cursed for simply discussing.
Alhamdulillah. It's about time that the Shia instead of constantly being on the defense, actually goes and examines the literature of the Sunni world & exposes from their own books - which in turn, vindicates us and absolves us of any false accusations, like we've been subject to for decades.
May Allah swt protect Sayyed Ammar and bless him immensely.

Worse than a “Karen”. Karens sometimes assimilate in societies. Aisha lacked any intelligence only enough to collude and plot which stems from disease of the heart. That’s not quirks or ocd its pure evil seed from her father.
I think a lot of the jealousy was instilled into her from her father having private talks with her regarding Khadija(as) inciting competition for more control but soured his daughter and followers with that obsession. Backfired on him.
Also Karens simply complain, not bothered for revenge unlike these two.

I am sunni ( didn't have any knowledge of devision). In my childhood, I learned Karbala and fate of Imam Hussain and his family. Book was called " River of Melancholy.
I was not religious but had extreme soft point in my heart regarding karbala incident. Now in my late age, I started reading Holy Quran in my native language.
He who has eyes, has a non contaminated heart can clearly understand role of Ayesha . I told my friends regarding sura Tahrim but I guess Allah made them blind and deaf.
In this life time, I was on wrong path. To make it right, I established a mosque in name of Fatima Zahra, a prayer area for females called Khadija binte Khuailid and numerous tubewell in draught striken area on name of Hussain ibne Ali. May Allah help me to do all the charities in name of Ahlul Bait for rest of my life.
Allah led me to these channel last week and I see narrators are sobbing when they mention karbala as my eyes are filled with tears since reading River of Melancholy.

Aisha is revered for the same reason hafsa is…. Who’s daughters they are; not because they were RasoolAllah saw’s wives. They are what they were planted as… political pawns to get into and legitimise power! If they were not the daughters of Abu Bakar and Umer would they have the levels of love and devotees? Would they have had the same level of blind eyes turned to their actions?
Abu bak and Umer use the positions of Aisha and hafsa to authenticate their false positions and corrupt acts and Aisha & Hafsa use the positions of Abu bak and Umer to authenticate their false positions and corrupt acts. Corrupt families through n through; history does not lie.
As they say the Apple does not fall far from the tree!

Jealousy/envy is a disease of the heart ! Definitely it’s one of the first lessons that we have learned from Satan when he said he is better than Adam and he will no prostrate to him ! When he said “i am better than Adam “ for this specific line Allah promised him forever hellfire ! This is an important lesson even for us as human beings , to never believe that we are better than anyone else and to not have jealousy in our hearts . I have been observing that the majority of people that are being manipulated by this disease mostly are women , and I am a woman that says that ! Women always have this problem believing they are better than others . May Allah guide all people to a clean heart without jealousy or envy in their lives !

Bruv, be real, the Prophet felt happiness and sadness just like us, and just like we can feel anger, there were people who would anger him. The Prophet is just, and the fact that he upholds justice means he would recognize the respect that certain people had for him, and the disrespect and hypocrisy that others had towards him. Within the same Sunni books that we are looking at, there are ahadith that probably praise Aisha and the companions. By saying that 1) if there are positive AND negative stories, then they cannot only blindly cherry-pick the positive sides, and 2) good and bad stories about the same exact people PROVES their “Sahihs” are full of contradictions, so we cannot follow such a sect’s strange literature anymore🤷‍♂️
At this point they can never criticize Shia again, because while they accuse our Hadith of being fabricated, the very fact of a holy book containing contradictions proves theirs is horrendously fabricated, so our own sect’s status is no worse than their own
So if they admit our sects have equal rights, then they should stop pretending to have logical/moral superiority and leave us alone as a legitimate academic branch of Islam to worship & preach in peace. And they should ESPECIALLY stop being violent to us over their own fabricated Hadith about Aisha & Sahaba

Aisha and her followers entered Islam to take, not to give. They wanted to gain leadership through falsehood. Because of this, they became jealous of the righteous who gave everything they had, including sacrificing themselves, to spread the message of Islam and support the prophet (PBUH). While Aisha knew the prophet would remain at her house until he died, Imam Ali (PBUH) was going to wash and bury him as the last person to be with. When she could not be herself during the last moments, she was jealous of Imam Ali's closeness to him to the point that she could not say his name.

      1. Abu Bakr gifted his daughter to the Prophet(saw) during a vulnerable time. Abu bakr pressured and insisted. His intentions was for political power and influence but manipulated the situation to make it appear like hes a caring companion.
      2. The Prophet(saw) divine mission was a messenger sent to perfect the Akhlaaq/mannerisms of the jahil tribes who had everything backwards. To lead by example and rejection was not his style.
      3. The Prophet’s wisdom also saw trouble ahead if these two, abu bakr and Umar were not influenced by him to safeguard Islam (keep your enemies closer) so he accepted Aisha and Hafsa gifted to him to control and influence them before they killed him.
      4. The Prophet(saw) had knowledge the divide would be inevitable and tried to balance power by marrying other women as counter examples against these 2 corrupt families and prepared insurance by choosing Imam Ali(as), Ghadeer Khum etc
He would never leave his Ummah abandoned and confused it is our free will and responsibility to decipher truth from falsehood/corruption leading to last Imam Al Hujjah (af) to avenge the injustices against all previously assassinated Imams(as).
His accepting the political marriages was not what harmed religion. But the followers/ummah DENYING Imam Ali(as) & Fatima(as) (Hadith Al Kisa) and accepting allegiance of falsely elected caliphs. Enabling them to lie, steal, kill.
We are all responsible for honouring them or harming them.
This is why the romantic idea of “Unity” can never be achieved or work because it’s a slap to the face throwing the corruption under the rug and angering Allah(swt).

Ironically, Bukhari 7100 tells us the answer
When Talhah, Zubayr, and Aisha were moving the army of Jamal to Basra, imam Ali a.s sent Ammar and imam Hasan a.s and they gave a speech to the people saying:
"By Allah! She is the wife of your Prophet in this world and in the Hereafter. But Allah has put you to test whether you obey Him (Allah) or her (Aisha)."
