This is amazing. Thank you so much. I'm working with a lot of students new to america. I have a group of 9 in the classroom that speak 5 different languages. It is just too much work to convert everything to their language and sometimes its just not possible. They have been using google translate on the iPad in which they can take a picture of a worksheet and it will automatically translate it for them into their native language. It works well but works beter with a scanned JPEG. For that I would have to take any work we are doing and scan it as a JPEG. Then upzip the files and post them specifically for them. With this I can simply post the PDF like I do for the other students, and the ELL students can convert it into an image and upload it to the google translate app and have it in their own language without taking time away from the teacher. The only aspect I need to figure out is if the shortcut can save the JPEG in photos instead of a file. You can only upload an image from photos. The more steps I can eliminate for my students the better. Again, thank you.
EDIT: Figured it out. Instead of the last step being save file, I found save image to recents.
EDIT 2: Better yet. I have it save the image to "ask each time" then I have a folder for each class. That way their photo album wornt get overwhelmed with images.
