I've been Swing/Day trading for 6 months. I've been up $300 now down $300. It's a lot harder than it looks.

@@Guth10 Not Good. I don't understand how you can look at a chart and think the same exact thing is going to happen in the future.
@@vernfb5189 what strategy do you use? And do you mainly swing or day trade?
@@vernfb5189 When eye balls see the chart do the same things, sometimes it will. But setting a short stop and take profit minimizes the unforeseen variables. Find one strategy and stick with it. Back test and keep paper trading, back test on the same time through out the day you normally trade. Most importantly don't give up, stay in paper trading until you reach all your goals.
Only trade the big companies e.g apple tesla they always bounce back up…

I use TTMsqueeze with 9 and simple moving average 75 for 1 min chart for swing trading. Has been working well.

Yes, give us more swing trading tips. Most of us don't have time to day trade. Looks like what you monitor is the same or similar.
even if you have the time you shouldnt day trade anyway. the range of people who actually are successful day trading is 1-5 percent. the chances of you being in the 5 percent are extremely low if you dont know your s---- inside and out

I swung today on MARA, went short at 11.12 then 11.63 and bought back at 11.28 with a profit.
In India you can't swing trade short in cash market. It is possible only with options. Usa seems to be a great market for traders.
