Great report!
Thanks. appreciate it
Nice battle report. Have fun!
Thanks, you too!
Great report, glad to find this channel!
Welcome aboard!
Your videos are really nice
Thank you so much 😀
When the Germans charged in the open field. They would not be fighting simultaneously, the Germans would have fought first and any surviving Americans could hit back. Also, you don't have to take an order test to shoot when being charged.
Veteran mortar house rule ?
You can find them linked in the description.
What scale do you use for the aircraft?
1/72
Thanks
Not very smart of the American player not to assault the Grille. It’s an automatic kill because it’s open topped, and he had more than enough opportunities to pull it off.
Not an automatic kill. You still have to roll to hit, which unlikely to fail but still could. You just don't bother with rolling to damage.
Must be a campaign specific rule as I was always told and in the rule book you can either select HE or AP out of a group of cannons that have the ability to choose. So it is either all HE or all AP not intermixed.
As mentioned its a house rule, which you can find linked in the description. As it doesn't make sense for Aircraft with cannons to switch ammo types, and irl they were usually loaded with belts containing each type of round. We don't allow the rule for anything but aircraft.
Also how does a Grille which is 7+ get penned at long range by an HMG with a +1 pen ?
We forget rules from time to time
