- How amazing is that there is no control what's going on, what feeling arise, how they arise, how long they appear and when they disappear.
forgot to mention in video that in addition to what was described, there was also like anxiety kind of feeling, I am using labels to put feeling into the words, when I have no clue, what is what, what something means etc, but accordingly what have been apparently learned, I would describe this as: sad, lonely, empty, anxiety (sick in stomach, then in throat, then in heart, then again in stomach, like pumping heart jumping around in body).
No story was coming up, "this is because of this or that", sometimes stories come too, but anyway these are all empty. Heres no knowing what so ever, what anything is or means. And here is also no need to know, to find out, to fix what is. It's always perfect, no matter what, no matter how painful, sad or mad, it's still perfect as it is. And I am not talking about personal perfectness. I am talking about everything and nothing. And I am not even talking.
How free everything is and empty. It's all allowed, to be as it is, with no right or wrong in it. And for no one.

You described how you felt so" lonely sad empty" ..this is what happens to me quite often lately..even though " my " life is good..I just start to cry and it all feels so sad ...but what to do whit that ? how to deal with it?
Well yes it could sound as I AM sad, lonely, but it was just sadness, loneliness, impersonal. Crying is beautiful as laughing, they are the same, no difference. No one knows how to laugh or cry or how to stop laughing or crying, it just happens, theres no one crying or laughing already. What to do with that? Nothing. Who needs to do what? Nothing needs to be done or fixed when nothing isn’t wrong. Whats wrong with feeling sad and crying?

My husband is dead apparently also😀 and who is not open to that (basically all so called others) talking about this doesn’t happen. You just can’t talk about this with someone from the street so to speak, who doesn’t have openness to that.

Patriotism: I never understood, how people can be proud of a country? First, borders only exist on the map, not in nature.... and second, patriotism (and religions) is the cause of many wars. Both are swimming in blood.
I also never understood, how people identify with a football club? If the club wins a world championship, millions are claiming "We are word champion"... but they did not play, they only watched TV with popcorn eating. Wow, how weird is that ?
Ok...obviously this "story" needs irrational elements, in the script, otherwise it would be boring...?
