Jaz G. It's because they have been cutting their chicken in half. It's why I stopped ordering from KFC. Cut the chicken, pretend its "actual size" and we have to pay the same price. I'm good lol I eat popeyes now and will try Mary Brown's. -- also wanna try jollibee (1st in Toronto opened recently) but the lines are STILL ridiculous. Another that opened around Toronto is Churches, so lots to choose from!

PeggiInteresting, interesting your comment that "it's only the skin that has the flavour." Isn't that the case with all chicken? I'm quite sure that chicken never takes on the flavour of the spice but is a 'vehicle' if you like, for any spices you cook into the skin. That's my experience anyway. Looks a great meal and KFC should be paying you for this? They couldn't afford to give you free food, you'd break them in a week haha.. I couldn't eat even a 1/10th of what you eat even though I am at least 4 times your size. Well done, keep it up, I live vicariously through your videos...
You can try marinated fried chicken (or other meat) so you may know there's other better way in seasoning a piece of chicken 🍗🤗
