Awesome build as always, love the idea for the carbon fiber decals putting the template on the backside to cut and trim them to shape is a great idea thanks for the tip
Been waiting for this final build and not disappointed. An excellent job and impressed with the baby powder trick to simulate alacantra. the end result us superb . I'm looking forward to more of your excellent work.
Spectacular build of the Senna! Thank you for sharing the tips and mods. I think that I want to build another one now with CF details. I look forward to seeing your next video 😎
This one looks like it was legendary hard lol. Really tests your skills. Phenomenal job with this masterpiece of a car. Hats off to you bud, idk if I'd even attempt this one lmao. 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 Bravo bro. Woww, freakin awesome.
I really like the engineering and thought Tamiya put into this kit. It's just a shame they went with the Senna which IMO isn't particularly pretty. Personally, i would rather they made a P1 (GTR) or even a 675LT Spyder. Maybe they will and I hope they put the same amount of effort into their future McLaren subjects Great build and really quite inspiring. You make it look easy.
This is crazy! Such a nice build. However, just one minor thing… the racing harness’s round lock, or the clip thing suppose to come from the button of the seat
Spectacular! Any chance you could post a link to where you find the 0.5mm pipe and 0.2mm brass rod to make your air valve stems? I can't find the anywhere.
Masterpiece! I noticed you used various brands of glues and even liquid masking. I know you probably used the epoxy for structural pieces that need a strong bond but when would you use Tamiya Extra thin and when Mr. Hobby Mr. Cement? Also why Vallejo liquid mask and Mr. Hobby liquid mask at the same time? Magnificent job !
Thank you! I like using various types of glues, Tamiya extra thin is good for quickly setting the part at the right position, but it's not that strong enough so i would reinforce it with Mr. Hobby cement. I like using Mr. Hobby cement as reinforcement because i think it bonds stronger thank regular Tamiya cement. And for the liquid masks, the thickness of each liquid masks are very different. Microscale Micro mask is quite thin and watery, good for tight, sharp areas. Mr. Hobby liquid mask is very thick so it's good for large area or parts. Vallejo is somewhere between those two👍
Awesome build. Love the extra details like the valves and hinge system. I can't see in your list what you used to replace the grills you replaced? I have been looking for similar but of various size holes so any advice appreciated.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find these types of videos as satisfying as an ASMR video?
Wow I've never seen anyone add valve stems to the tires thats next level detail, super awesome build!
You knocked this one out of the park bravo my friend love this one!
Awesome build as always, love the idea for the carbon fiber decals putting the template on the backside to cut and trim them to shape is a great idea thanks for the tip

Great engineering.....try that with a Revell kit.
Getting ready to start mine, I have the detail kit and carbon fiber template decals.
Who makes a detail kit for this. I have one that I’m going to start soon.
@@tjuan7 hobby design makes the detail kit, studio 27 the carbon template decals.
Although it might not be challenging, I hope you'll do Tamiya's upcoming 240ZG model soon. Great video, learned a lot!

I actually didn't purchase this grill, it's from some tea bag i used😅
@@ModelCarMods Thanks for the reply. I think I need to find some new tea bags, mine are not an open enough weave for this purpose. 🙄
@@ModelCarMods which tea bags? :P
