@@cerberusk9uk Do you know why you need to adjust the skelly to seat the container in the middle, for travelling on the road, when empty? Why can't you leave it at the back?
Ahhh OK so each number tells you which one to use for different lengths of container? Ive got an assessment thursday but never worked containers since i started driving.
I get that a fully loaded container sat over the rear axles can put enormous pressure on the rear tyres and possibly exceed axle weight limits, so it needs to be adjusted for travelling any distance on the road. Why do you need to do it with an empty container and these issues do not exist?

I don’t think it’s a ‘ legal’ requirement but please research further for your own peace of mind.
