@BBCWorldService: Was the discussion panel that include Elliot Higgins and other recorded and made public? Or was it a closed-door event? I can't find it.

Excellent! Thank you to all the brave people who do this very important work. I hope OpenAI, Microsoft, Google and other tech companies working on generative AI see this and factor it into their products.

thankyou for sharing this. I hope there are many more unsolved viral videos of crimes & racism got taken down by this method of journalism.
specially in the countries where journalism seems dead, fake, or just click bait.
please stay true and keep making impact for humanity. ❤

Thank you for your amazing work!
After watching the Hamas training videos, I had a disturbing thought. It seems to me that Israel. HAD TO HAVE. Known that Hamas was planning an attack and planning to take hostages. If that is the case, is there any evidence that points to Israel deciding to let Hamas go on a killing spree so that they could retaliate and bomb the Palestinian people into the Stone Age? I am NOT trying to start a conspiracy theory. I have ZERO evidence of this.
I have always thought and heard that Israeli intelligence is some of if not the best intelligence in the world. this makes it difficult for me to believe Israeli intelligenc did not know it was coming.
Thank you for your service. I am awed by those journalists. They sacrifice their lives for the sake of others. Respect.

This seems to be produced as a PR presentation for BBC with some of the presenters clearly showing discomfort at mouthing how great BBC is at the end of their presentation. Made me cringe at how old school it is. The subtle plea for “support” is not missed - please subscribe - is what I heard! Till date, corporate media has demonstrated intent to exploit OSINT folks - free labour, stealing credit etc etc. while you champion transparency and trust, let’s hear of your plans to pay and credit these incredible people who are doing your work.

absolutley part of the changes that must happen, credit is not part of plagerism or intelectual theft, hope think tanks take this on as well, forensic investigations begin with the public and the people who are present. Who what where when why and how are foundtions to administrative theory, intelectual property, and moral policy(integrity). A new kind of crime is rapidly developing. Open source could become criminal as well unfortunately.

But when you can tell the bias within 3 minutes of watching any "news" program, all trust is already lost. The open source that you've shown today seems to be the only trustworthy portal left. Now we have to wade through that with open eyes. It's a shame that trustworthy journalism was lost before AI...
