Denise..thank u for doing these workouts and sharing with us !!! I have been ur workout fan since the early 90's right after I delivered my twin girls and I also had back surgery shortly after due to a herniated disk. My body did not want to go back to my usual self physically and mentally (depression). There for awhile u were my only friend that I could count on to feel better about myself. U just don't kno how these workout segments help not only physically but mentally as well. I thank u from the bottom of my heart. Now that I'm 65, I look back and am so grateful ur still encouraging me to be the best I can be. I catch ur workouts on TH-cam and save them to my Pinterest board of : Workin' out with Denise Austin ! I'm too selfconscience and shy to go into a gym so doing these workout with u is exactly what I need. Ur high energy and ur boosting confidence encourages me to challenge myself and reach my potential. Somehow ur high energy is also so very calming and I kno others are feeling the same way I do.
I also love the workout segments ur doing with ur daughter.. that is so awesome.. mother daughter team !
