@@pokemonster6122Well since you have yet to play it, here's your spoiler alert: The overall story is very unresolved unless you play Revelations (and the gameplay in revelations is the worst of the 3, so It's kind of a double whammy). The stakes really aren't there in terms of how drastic the war is, especially in Conquest. The main character, Corrin, is very underwhelming and growth-wise is objectively one of the weakest lords alongside Roy. The combat system and weaponry in this game is abysmal. Most of the royals do the heavy lifting in the game and most of the others fall flat. Really, the supports and the music and the My Castle features are the main selling points, but when it comes to this game, there is a lot of room for improvement.

The game is good enough to play through once, and I definitely think you should play through to get a feel, cause I didn't go through as much detail as I'd like. I just don't think Fates is on par with other Fire Emblem games like Echoes, 3 Houses, or Radiant Dawn.
Rev loves this theme, i hated this theme, rev made me fall in love with this theme. Enough said. This theme perfectly encapsulates being between a rock, and a hard place since it also plays on some of the hardest maps of the game.

Agreed. I can give Fates flak for a lot of things. It's music, however, is not one of them.
