Niles really came crazy at all the lazy procrastinators as he should lmao. I WAS LITERALLY THAT GUY LMAO. It was more I was mentally disconnected from the job than anything and I just kept calling out. Hell all 5 of my granparents died within 6 months at one of my old jobs and when I went to the next job the hiring manager said "So I made a few calls and just hope that there isn't anymore deaths in your family" and left it at that. I immediately knew what he meant without saying it. If I call out I'm done basically. This was back in 2019-2020. Now I am there everyday on time and even have been coming in a hour early just to prove a point. Don't be 7 dollar guy or me. Put in the hard work and when you see them checks at the end of the pay period BBOOOOOOIIIIII

@@BahehsAldeen Currently with a different company (i was working graveyard shift at my last job NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART). I learned a lot from personal mistakes especially when it came to time management. My last job I left from where I was late ODE was $15/hr. Then the next job where the boss told me not to call out was $18/hr. Now I make $21/hr and goes up every year
I read both ur comment and reply and I can agree. I struggle wit procrastination but I had to realize I was the cause for alot of my own problems due to my habits. It’s very rare something comes easy in life gotta put in that hard work to be where u wanna be. At least ur were able to learn from urself and improve ur situation. Sometimes that’s all it takes💯💯
