This is a bug, mentioned on the scenario creator's page on ATS. The message advising not to stop there was before he changed his mind and to stop at Colwyn Bay. The pop-up was supposed to have been take out.

We don't have 710s in train sim yet. Substitutions have to be made.

Also why isn't there any Overhead Live Wires at 9:26 timestamp???. How can your train or any other EMU train run or operate under the absence of Overhead Live wires??????.
It is a bi mode train which can run on diesel, otherwise it wouldent be able to do onwards from crewe, but yes I guess the guy's game doesent load it, yiu can see the frames to hold the wires though, my question is, how does he have the entire route from euston to holyhead without stopping?

It won't, unless they make this route for TSW4. The game is Train Simulator Classic.
