What do you think about high school coaches that have favorites who wont divert from their preferred players? If a college coach comes up to them to ask about a certain player who doesnt get playing time but the college coach thinks hes worth a visit from either camps or emails and videos but the high school coach isnt willing to give him play time? How much does the high school coach's opinion of a player effect the decision of a college coach? I dont think the coach dislikes my son, I just think hes had his mind set on a few kids whos always been big names or have parents with a lot of volunteer time or whatever the case may be, always having a negative critique regardless of the play.

If choose to send an email to this school, should I email just the recruiting coordinator or should I email both the recruiting coordinator and the head coach? College coach will talk to the high school coach more about work ethic and coachability.
