Just on the the school thing as well what we have to remember on top of all this the context of the education and school culture in Korea, which is known to put kid not only under and huge amount of pressure and is extremely intense, along with the known issues of bullying ect in Korean school. Imagine anyone of that having to deal with a school life like that along with the pressure and intensity of a kpop trainee or idol career. The thing is as much as we all love the music and MV's and performances and excitement that kpop can bring there are so many things about Kpop that can make me personally feel almost guilty and uncomfortable for supporting and enjoying it. It can me make me feel very "icky".
