Now this was a trip! Mirage was where I started. I remember using the sandbar crocodiles and the phasing drake, then finding out year's later that we were using phasing wrong the whole time

I must have opened 12-15 boxes of Mirage when it hit. The starters were a ton of fun also. $7.95 per deck - miss starters.

i can still remember useful cards like incinerate, dissipate, forsaken waste, hammer of bogardan, mtenda lion, final fortune, miser cage, tutors, diamonds. i never got the chance to see lions eye.

I know there is really no value in opening sealed Mirage so thank you to the patrons and you guys for doing it anyway. Such a cool set. Really brings me back to when I first fell in love with magic. The art is so good. Have an almost full set (I sold my LED not long ago) and I just love to take out the binder and go through the nostalgia. Never got to open an entire box so this was a real treat to watch. Awesome stuff

One of my favorite things they did or do rather, with MTG, is that every few set they make a dessert themed set. It started with Arabian nights (which contthen went mirage and Anained my favorite mtg card of all time Juzam Djinn) then Amobkhet etc. i love all the Dessert sets!! SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!! SOOOOOO COOL!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE MEMORIES. 😊

One of two boxes I ever bought, or my dad bought for me, when I was a kid. Unfortunately we also whiffed and didn’t get any hits outside of uncommon tutors as the set is just massive. Sadly the other box we bought, Exodus right when it came out, was also a bust with no Survival of the Fittest or City of Traitors. That was just how it was!

I sold my altered Mirage Mystical Tutor to help fund my wedding, but I wish I would have kept it.
I had it altered to be an image of the rapper Mystikal screaming, "DANGER!" on it. It was a silly gag, but it made me smile.
