Pile 2, what you recommended is what typically results in me having my best days, and when I don't I get very drained and start to feeling like I'm just giving and giving, and stuck in a hamster wheel. I've known this but hearing you say it Lindsay reminds me how important this is as daily practice. It took me listening a few times to get it. @HuluppuTarot Life doesn't take anyone because everyone IS life and it's people alone who decide to live a certain way. Nobody forces you to overdo, just yourself. Which also say, that you don't take care about yourself and became careless. People can literally drain themselves by extending themselves into all directions because they don't care about themselves and that has a lot to to with not cherishing the own person. You are always in charge of your life, so decide wisely how to operate through it.
