      Oh wow thank you so much!🥹 You can enjoy this as hand pies as well. And yes, you can! Some frozen blueberry bags might contain a lot more liquids, so drain them first if necessary!

    Thank you! I really enjoy your recipes. Just one suggestion -- i find a lower temperature for reheating gives me better results --300, rather than 350. At 350, it seems that the crust gets a second baking. It becomes dryer and harder, and darker. Of course , some ovens may vary... Otherwise, beautiful and delicious recipe!

    Thank you for all your wonderful videos with clear instructions. Please, I would like to make your recipe MOIST VANILLA CAKE in a 13”X9” with filling. How many eggs could I use? I”ll adjust the rest of the ingredients according to the number of eggs. Thank you for your help 🙏

      Thank you! Is it one rectangle sheet cake? If so, 1 batch should be enough for one layer. You may want to do 1.5 - 2 batches for 2 layers, depending on how thick you want it to be! (I may do 2 batches just in case and bake extra as cupcakes if there is any left😊)

    One problem I get while making fruit pies that happened to me few times , its when the bottom doesn't properly bake due to the liquid of the fruit even though it has baked for its needed time, it ends up a little soft and kinda raw unlike the top part, any tips to prevent this issue?

      Blind bake the bottom section of the crust first, place foil over the crust and fill the space with rice, beans, or pie weights to prevent it from puffing too much and bake for like 15 minutes or so

      Try greasing a thin layer of butter all over the pan. Dusting bread flour like today also helps but butter is more effective to create crispier, darker crust!🧡 Blind bake is also another choice if you want to take some time.
