@@Diametricallyopposed00 Do you get bored of them? I've still got polishes which are nearly 20 years old that I still use every now and then. There's always using some nail polish thinner if needs be to revitalise old polishes, but I've only had to do that on a couple of bottles. Its not like polishes really truly expire.
@@AlexaFaie I just have too much polish. Probably 1500+ bottles. I like variety, so the smaller the better for me! I need to stop buying altogether and destash some, but it’s so much work to try to resell them!

I NEED these polishes but every nail polish I've tried (any brand) just chips on me. What top coat is the best to lock it in?

A good top coat can really make a difference! We often use Essie's "Good to Go" or "Gel-Setter" top coats. The indie brand Glisten & Glow also has a really good one we love.

I personally use Barry M 3 in 1 base & top coat as its only £3.99 for 15ml. Most people say you shouldn't use the same for base & topcoat, but I usually get between 14 and 21 days wear out of my polish with no chipping. Around 21 days it starts peeling off at the nail bed end so I take it off. I always paint the under side of my nails too though. Less wrapping the tip, more the whole thing. With each coat of polish. And I leave a minimum of an hour, but usually way longer (sometimes up to a day) between coats to allow each to cure as much as possible before applying the next coat. It technically takes about 24hrs for nail polish to cure fully (people call it drying, but its actually curing/setting) so rushing the application too much I've found affects the duration the finished mani lasts for.
