I feel like the real reason most people are depressed is because they always depend on someone to be there with them. Whether it’s a relationship or friendship, people always depend on someone to be there to make them happy. Social media has also made people believe being wild with others people at parties or clubs is a good source to be happy, receiving attention only drains from you although it makes you feel good because at the end those people aren’t there for you. The only way to really be happy is to first be happy on your own while no one is around to give you any happiness. After a while you should find a source of happiness through other people.
