@@Murcielago0112 oh the reason why no bootable found is because the ssd is new. Just need to install window. My laptop is all good now. If the process above doesn’t worked. Most probably the hard drive is corrupted. You need to do the diagnostic to check if your hard drive works. If it’s corrupted, change the ssd.

I tried this and didn’t work but I kept my boot option to legacy. Advanced boot option kept legacy and the one under it checked (UCIE or something?) and my pc booted up. Can’t promise it will help but it worked for me just messing with stuff.
It didn’t even do the dell safety check thing that stopped me.
