Yeah but to get him now it’s too late. The league has changed up and he’s overrated as a coach now. These young boys and young coaches went back to the basics. No more small ball unless it’s are bench, 2 bigs in the starting line up. Only the warriors won a chip playing small ball. And to be honest they didn’t even win small ball they won with looney at the 5, draymond at the 4. So it’s just the way it’s always been. U need 2 bigs in the starting line up to stop joker, Gordon, and Porter.
Luka was amazing. Kyrie was in full on hustle mode. The defense was stellar. It's not just what the Clippers didn't do. It was what Dallas DID.
The fact that Harden is struggling while Maxey is carrying the 76ers is quite telling.

It easy to see what’s happening in the Clips/Dallas series. The Clippers have to make contested 3s to win… that simple. The shots they made in game 4 were VERY TOUGH. You can’t count on those going in to win. Dallas doesn’t need to play great to win, the Clips do. Luka hasn’t had a single game where he shot the 3 ball at his season average! Give Dallas credit on D instead of blaming the Clippers. They were the #1 D in the league after the deadline for a reason

Almost all Clippers fans were very wary of this trade. We don't control it but can only support it. We supported it but the "system" is not what we want. We want only the good parts of Harden's game and to come off the bench mostly. I prefer Westbrook like some over Harden but I see that he has his off games as well. I am hoping there is an answer to keep them both on the bench when they suck and bring in PG as the pg and Coffee, Theiss, Tmann and Zu as the starting 5 for what happened last game.

I'm a neutral viewer, but as I watched the game the Clippers were lifeless, disinterested, lethargic, went back to Iso ball, and lacked any resemblance of team chemistry. The score was kind to them because it felt more like a 50 point loss.

The Mavs forced the Clippers role players to beat them. They didn't let Harden and PG get going. They forced Harden and PG to settle for contested shots and didn't allow them to attack the paint. That's why the Mavs won the game.
Getting jump shot 3 blocked(Harden) and not even shooting straight.... They were not knowing how to actually use their' teammates. When stars get shut down AND are off, they can rely on defense and easier shots from teammates. This takes chemistry and ball movement which the "system" doesn't have

Look at the difference between Kawhi, Giannis and Lillard who won't play in multiple games in the playoffs when the teams need you, despite minor injuries, and Embiid & Murray, who're playing despite injuries that aren't any less severe, and Bell's Palsy in the case of Embiid. I'm so sick of players not playing in the playoffs with minor injuries. It's beyond ridiculous.
I feel you, but Kwahi might have long term risk and they already signed him and need to protect him for years to come. It's more glaring that the non injured players don't come to play.
