    Ladder drills are fantastic to improve your agility, but they are lacking a football to increase ball control.
    These 5 ladder drills incorporate a football, so not only will you improve your agility, but also your ball control and coordination.
    You don't need a ladder to complete these drills - you can draw a ladder on the floor, use cones, or any other item that can be placed to replicate a ladder.
    Add these ladder drills to your individual training and improve multiple parts of your game at one time!

    I've so badly needed this video for my son haha. He takes REALLY long strides when he runs, which hurts his dribbling. I've done some things to shorten it, but not yet enough. But I think the one foot in drill is really going to help with that.
